"CLASHES" come on with the clickbait. That was good old fashion light hearted banter with Spurs somehow always catching a stray
Chelsie đđđđwinđ
You canât spell Chelsea? Really?
How can everyone be so negative when a team had come back from the championship and now playing in Europe and fighting for CL footy. This is whatâs wrong with English culture. We all love underdogs but hate other peoples success.
No we just hate villa cause they think its 1982
What a speech đ ahahaha UTV go on lad đŠ
This poor Londoners
Please don't label all of us like that pair of "a"holes. Pair of click baiters!
When West Ham won it last year no one said Fuckall, the bias is unreal.
People just hate clubs from Birmingham đ UTV
West Ham finished 14th, you went back to bed.
West Ham won and done nothing! Villa have a propa squad and will be even bigger next season
Aston villa is the only team left in Europe đ thats wonderful and the reason for these kind of videos
Probably because their league performance was so abysmal everyone saw the conference win as a fluke. The general quality of teams West Ham played last year also didn't draw as much attention as the names Villa have played like Ajax and Lille
"Pipe down lucozade" đ Cundy rattled
At what point will anyone give Unai Emery and Aston Villa the credit we deserve, we have beaten Man City, arsenal twice, spurs, Chelsea,Brighton 6-0, beaten everyone basically, semi final of a European trophy, we are in dreamland
Weâve got super Unai Emery.
Good ebening
Havenât beaten united have you
â@itsmeprasad1987 Very much have, on Emery's Villa debut in fact. Sure we didn't this season, but surely United won't want to boast about their 2023/24 season? đđ
Spurs 5-2 Newcastle 8-1
@@JimmyZhang783 Doesn't really matter villa are still higher than both in terms of goal difference. Like mourinho says it's better to lose 4-0 than four games 1-0
@@LuongNguyen-lb6ez no you're lucky Newcastle win us 4-0 and a lucky win over Arsenal before your goal difference is way lower
Aston villa is 4th in 1Úre league and semi finale conférence league with less money than city and arsenal. Just imagine the great work by Emery
They said the same nonsense about Ten Haag, doesnât always work like that, wait till next season when they play UCL Football alongside everything else & see how they fare
Yeh seen it loads for the past 40 years you get into Europe too many games next season an you'll drop rite off an get your players taken off ye.
â@@CE77777They're playing the same amount of games this season tho. UCL is much more tense and difficult, but the players will have had a season to find their feet with playing so much more. I feel that Villa have a good chance to surpass Newcastle's performance, given that they have had that experience when Newcastle didn't. Even with the injury crisis they've done very well.
@@CE77777agreed. Doesnât work like that. Look at Newcastle last season and this season now
Complete nonsense Villa have outspent every single team in the UCL by a comparable margin they should be walking the competition and weâre lucky to get through as Lille were the better team. Also Martinez is not a top five keeper heâs bang average but good at penalties
The hate for Villa is real but we welcome it
Dude, nobody even talks about Villa anymore. Why hate them.

Villa are a sleeping giant, 6th most trophies, 5th in the all time table. The last 15 years have made people forget
...its just a bit of fun banter, don't be so serious, the lad is having fun as he is enjoying the success of his club
Is this it?
Is THIS talksport's coverage of last night? The drama of a late equaliser and a shoot out win. The referee's antics and behavior? And Martinez getting two yellows, the second in the shoot out? The talking points there. The crowd. Villa being the only survivors in Europe.
Even after all of THAT, the disrespect shown by the LBM (London Based Media/Mafia) is astounding.
UTFV. Carrying the flag for the Premier League
Last night for Villa's biggest game in 40 years TNT chose to impose Lucy Ward on viewers, many still choosing to pay it 30 quid a month for such contempt. Why doesn't TalkSport ever even mention this?
Must admit that while I think a lot of the flak going her way is rather unfair, the commentary last night was quite all over the place

â@@thatguy1599 ok misery guts, you clearly don't know the quality in this competition. West Ham were phenomenal last year in Europe, and this year everyone says the quality has gone up a few notches.
We only just barely beat Lille a CL level team in my opinion. And although we beat them well in the Pens, prior to that it was our own hustle, sheer stubbornness and determination that got us thru extra time to the Pens as Lille were such an impressive team.
Villa not winning conference league cup would be highly embarrassing!!
@@jacklegros6614 That's utter hubris, no one has the right to have their hands automatically on the cup. We certainly don't think so. Whatever happens, happens.
Emi Martinez had his last loan spell at my club Reading, we all saw how brilliant he was. He desperately needed his chance in the prem and has seriously kicked on since then, I love watching the Villa success with him as a massive part of it
The intertoto cup competition was founded in 1961 as a summer competition that was aimed for clubs that hadn't qualified for European competitions (champions League and Europa League)- and over the years has changed formats and guises for the final few years there were straight winners, with Newcastle United the last side to get their hands on the trophy before it was discontinued..then later re introduced and named as the European conference league
For the first time in my 60 years Villa are been run well and with ambition from top to bottom, we are stirring but I've seen us stir before.
When we've started to add numerous trophies to what was the biggest trophy cabinet in football when I was a teen we can talk about being awake.
Won ugly but won nevertheless.
You'll always have the usual "top 6" arsekissers who hate anyone gatecrashing their party.
Well said. UTV
Jasons got to remember villa hasnt thrown millions and millions at their quest for success, unlike his team and others have.
Check the bbc article today on net spend of the last 10 years. Villa are 11th. Above Liverpool, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich. Thatâs the way it is. Have to spend to compete. Hopefully we donât have to sell in the summer to balance the books.
No one wants to face Martinez in a shootout!.
Villa fans need to get a grip. Its the Conference League. Its the third tier of European competition. Its like at school when you put all the div kids in a group together so they can be involved.
No other English team is there lol..
West ham won it enough said.
â@@L1am21 and they werent good enough for europa league quaterfinals
â@@Vladimirputin11111because they've been playing much better opposition than anything thats in the Europa conference league. Come on mate it's a rebranded version of the intertoto cup ffs. English teams used to get pelters for even winning that tournament, but because the special one celebrated winning the Europa conference now everyone thinks it's a cup worth celebrating. I believe any premier league team in that league has a better than 90% chance of winning it, and you'll see that in the next ten years when all the teams winning it are English.
Which still has quality opposition Lille who we just knocked out is Champions League level opposition imo
Football fatigue is showing in teams like Arsenal, Liverpool, and City. If Aston Villa wants to be in the top 5 next season, they need to sign a couple players (3-4) that can level up the club.
Tottenham, United, Chelsea, and Newcastle for sure will be much better next season and Aston Villa needs to be very shrewd with their signings for 2024-2025.
Mean... have u seen how many key players we've had out this season ok it's not been 14 at one time like Newcastle but Mings, Buendia all season, Kamara (our only 6) hasn't played since late January, Ramsey has barely played, Digne, Moreno, Cash, Carlos, Torres, Lenglet have missed a bunch, Duran (our only other striker) has missed loads our manager hasn't used that excuse like the other teams which is why other fans think we haven't had any how many. We can definitely compete again next season we may not but we have the ability to do so
Very good injured players like Kamara and Buendia will be back next season
@@aston-corenbanner2708 As mentioned before, 2024-25 is going to be different for Aston Villa. They will be competing in the Premier, FA Cup, and Champions (if they qualify). Newcastle, United, Tottenham, and Chelsea as well as the current top 3 will be competing for the top 5 positions.
All Villa fans agree, we know we need more quality players, a deeper bench, we acknowledge we are a work in progress and we have a ways to go.
BUT we are proud of where we are NOW despite injuries, juggling being in Europe for the first time in a long while and holding on to 4th against the odds...and it's just the beginning...
A couple is 2 a few is 3
Villa have had an exceptional season but their still a long way off the big! Elite clubs and still donât carry the same prestige but are realistically a top half team at best but! The club & fans will still be more than happy with that đ great work
Tf u talking abt???
How can you be in 4th and the semi's of a european competition and be considered "top half at best" lmao. I guess the likes of Spurs and Arsenal have been "top half at best" for the last 20 years
Nobody wants to give Villa our flowers.
Yes we haven't won anything for 28 years but we're on track to sort that out now.
We're one of the greatest names in English football and I'll never have anyone tell me otherwise.
