AQ said it all. What these Ghanaian presenters don't understand is that Nigerian Music took decades of investment, education, and networking to become what it is today.
If Ghanaians decide to get serious today and take AQ's and other Nigerian music executives advice to heart, it will still take them at least a decade of serious investment in music to even reach where Nigeria was 5 years ago in terms of being an attractive thriving music industry. Are Ghanaians ready for that kind of commitment if they truly want to be global like us now?
Ghanaians love to talk a lot about how peaceful Ghana is, but why aren't they using all that peace to direct their energy toward improving their entertainment both business and craft-wise. They need to ask themselves these questions first

Ghana is a small, poor country. Stop with the fake hype. Lagos alone is economically bigger than the whole country. More than half of Ghana is rural, hence it’s called a village. I don’t understand why some of these Nigerians will go there and just because they want to appease them, start spewing rubbish.
I remember Shina peters, Sunny Ade, Sunny Okosun, Onyeka, Kollinghton, Ayuba, IK Dairo, Majek Fashek, Ayuba, Barrister, American HipHop, American Rap, American R&B, reggae, Jazz..these were the songs jamming back then. It's a two different thing and dont get it twisted. What we are saying is that naija also have who are also making hits upon hits in those days along with their ghanian counterpart. It's a 2 way thing. As at the period of 2004, 2005 and 006 niaja artistes where sweeping channel o award, MTV's awards, mobo awards and the bet awards go check records and you will get the facts, as there were hits in ghana then there were also hits in nigeria.
