    That Sportsman tapping noise at idle kills me. Sounds just like my wifes 450 HO. I just bought a new 21 CF600 late last summer.....has about 300 miles on it...all trail miles. Nice to see what these are capable of....you guys definitely put your machines thru the mud paces harder than anyone else on youtube. Always phenomenal footage you guys bring.

    Until recently i never knew that power steering on a quad was a thing. Im kinda old school. I remember when the Arctic cat Bear cat was considered a big machine. It had a 454cc suzuki moter and that thing went everywhere. Old school carb and had tons of power. I wish they still madeachines like that.

    I swamped my CFmoto 600 on my 3rd ride - doh - in a mud hole that we'd ridden for years, it apparently was deeper than normal. All good now but I'm looking into putting a snorkel on it. At one point you mentioned that it wasn't the intake that was the problem but the belt vent, or something like that, what is that and where would I find it? BTW, when I swamped it, the intake was an issue because the air filter chamber became a bucket of water, lol.

    • @LetDirtFly
      @LetDirtFly  Před 2 lety

      The cvt exhaust is right behind the muffler. If you take the seat and cover under the seat off you can see it. The air intake is under the seat, and the cvt intake is right under the instrument cluster. Cvt intake is the highest one factory on the 600.

    • @LetDirtFly
      @LetDirtFly  Před 2 lety +1

      They are both fun, the Polaris is made with better quality more heavy duty, the plastics are stronger and the suspension is better. Polaris has more power. the CF's steering is smoother comes with many extras (hand guards, winch, lights and more). If i was to bet on long term. i would go Polaris all day, its been proven for years. The CF is still new and might be able to hand around for years but at this point we don't know.
