- This is a short unedited ride of a local loop that totals 9.33 miles with a total ride time of 36 minutes. The average speed of this ride is 15.5 mph. Elevation gain is 757 ft, and loss is 672 ft. Max speed is 40 mph. Total battery use is 29wH with an average support level of 27.28%.
I hope this helps people gauge if it's worth buying this bike since I'm average health (able to slow-jog about a mile). Maybe one day I'll be as fast as Safa B.
The ride can be used to measure the battery range for comparative analysis. I'm 5'7 and weigh 140 lbs.

My Specialized Turbo Creo SL Comp Carbon is 3 days old...I couldn’t ride it more than 10km because of the weather...but I’m in love 😍
Hahah I know right! Mine is right next to my bed and I lust over it everyday!
Pls let me know how tall u are and which size your bike is, thanks 😊
I’m looking at buying on soon I have the Levo at the moment but am enjoying gravel riding with it as much as anything else so this might be a nice way to go for me. Thanks for the efforts of putting this together.
I have a Levo too! This is much better for gravel and road since the tire has less rolling resistance and isn’t limited to trail only.. it’s also 20lbs lighter than the levo 😎
Great video. I too have the Turbo Creo and love it. I ride with my son who is in triathalon shape so this bike allows me to keep up with him and provides a good kick start into road biking.
Yup, it lets you keep up with fast experienced riders if you’re just starting out or have a health condition. I’m thinking of making a video of how fast you can go uphill with full turbo too!
Pls let me know how tall u are and which size your bike is, thanks 😊
Would be good to know what it can do up a steep hill at slow cadence. Specialized said that it will still assist you and will drive you up the hill at 70% of motor power at low speeds.I want to know if this is true. I have tried a rear hub motor that gives up on me uphill so I run out of steam because I have no assist and have to try and get up the hill with all the extra weight of the bike.@@nateums
Cool. Thanks for posting.
Thank you, more to come soon!
Does UR Hands Hurt When They Hold The Bike Handle’s It 👀Like UR Hand’s Be Hurting Afterward’s
Great video and cool overlays ✌️💪🤘👍
Pls let me know which size your bike is, thanks 😊
Thank you, I ride a small size since I’m 5’7/ 168cm

thank you for video!
You can also fly by purchasing accessories EBIKE TUNING KIT PLANET3 FOR BROSE SPECIALIZED TURBO CREO SL COMP 2020-2021
EU models 47mph
US models 60mph
I have read the specification, contacted the manufacturer - it seems to be o.k.
best regards on road !
p.s. this is not a promotional post, I am also very serious about buying Creo
I think as soon as you modify it voids the warranty, but I'm not 100% sure if I'm right. But yeah, modding makes it into a true rocketship, it would be faster than riding a 50cc scooter!
@@nateums yes it is - very fast
for warranty, the part can be easily replaced, a video is available on the website
If that’s the case, I’d say it’s a worthwhile purchase
Hi. I'm about to get this in April 21. Any change of heart? Do you still love it? Any issues?
its the best gravel e bike on the market.. if you're looking for long days with long miles, or need something that helps you climb you're not gonna regret it. i love this thing. cant stop looking at it haha
@@nateums thank you so much!! Your footage is super high quality! I just watched your full-out turbo video. Compelling stuff! For as hard as you were working up hill, it seems like maybe just using the mid power setting would accomplish the same thing? Said another way, would you be exerting the same effort in mid as you did in turbo? Did turbo really take that much of the sting of a steep climb compared to the other settings?
Thanks again for your time. You have earned a subscriber today.
@@brianbgood as far as climbing, you'll still need to put in some effort, I would say minimal with full out turbo and the lowest gear on really steep climbs (you'll be able to breathe normally). don't forget that if you choose to make this a touring bike or need a lower ratio down the line for gearing then it is possible by changing out the chainring- the gearing on the bike as it comes is geared more for road than gravel, so speed and higher ratio is what you get with this purchase. i plan on putting a 32 chainring on the front to get a 20 gear inch ratio on the lowest gear for climbs when I load up the bike for touring later (that way I don't need the battery as much). turbo makes climbs very doable with minimal effort, just don't expect the motor to propel you, it will assist you greatly, respectivly.
👋🏽Nate How U Doing Will U Do Any Bike Riding Video’s In UR Neck Of The Wood’s Especially Around Memorial Day Weekend OR Maybe 🤔 Even B4 Then Cause I Loved 🥰 UR 1 Hour Long Bike Riding Video U Did PLZ Let Me Know Whenever U Do THX ☺️ I Appreciate It 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Hi Nate, do you think this motor would get a heavy rider 110kg 250lbs up hills over 12% even if they were a slow rider or were grinding up hill below say 40RPM. I am recovering from knee surgery and want to get a bike to get me back to some kind of fitness. Thanks
The motor would easily push you up the incline, but you will not be going that fast. So in other words it will be easy to climb, but it won't be a fast climb. The amount of force you'll need to put with your legs will be easy.
Thanks. I just need to find a dealer for a test ride or maybe rental for a few days.@@nateums
Hi Nate, I have rented a Creo for the weekend Aug 13th so will find out just how strong the motor is. I also have the chance of picking up a Creo Expert EVO for a great price 2022 version with the Mastermind TCU but it has the eagle groupset with a 44t and 10/50 at the back. Do you think this would be just as good for road use over the 11/42 cassette. I am not a speed freak and just need to get up some of the 10% + climbs until I get fitter. Just after your thoughts buddy?
Would you recommend?
Yes, it’s a lifelong investment - you can ride it with or without power and modulate how much you want to work, the motor isn’t super powerful but will let you ride much further than a traditional gravel bike. Also, if you want to modify and upgrade it’s all there - rear rack, 700x42 tires or 650 x 50 tires, etc. it can be made into an adventure bike too. And the best thing is that you can also fly with it if you take the battery out. I looked at the purchase like a gym membership
The Creo has to be derestricted to feel right.
Do you feel the drag of the motor when theres no assistance/off? Or when you go higher to the limit speed of the motor?
The engine cut off is seamless bc there isn’t much torque coming from it. No assistance feels like a regular gravel bike. The power stays the same until the cutoff.
This basically craps all over Strava. It's like having an aim-bot in CS:GO.
lol yup! As long as you are honest that you used motor assistance it doesn't break their code of conduct though
The bike kinda slow
Being conservative here with battery use, only for uphills and not using 100% of the motor
