    A route in the Baltimore area taking you from the Quarry Lake area to the Baltimore Zoo Loop. Route planned using Strava heat maps, google bike maps, google street view, and actually riding the route.
    My goal is to make the safest routes for people to have around the area, and I am constantly revising routes for the safest possible routes.

    I have had this exact bike on order and it just came in. Can’t wait to get in the saddle. Just curious about your camera/setup to get your route and data on the screen. Very cool and well done. I would like to do the same on my new ride.

      its an awesome bike, you're gonna love it! i have a go pro chest mount, I use davinci resolve as the final editing software. and garmin virb to put the map overlay with the video (you match up the gpx file to the video in garmin virb) all the software is free to download
      my talking camera is a sony a6000 and I just have a cheap condenser mic for voice over on the video

    Is this an E bike , because 3% hill and your only going 6mph.. and your legs look to be spinning like crazy, what gear are you in.

      Some of the smaller uphills I tried to not use a motor. If you hear the engine noise that’s when I’m using the engine at 60% of total engine power (it can push faster in turbo mode). Even if you are in turbo and going up a tough grade you still need to put in some work.. I’ll be doing a video with turbo next to show this

      @@nateums I would be nice if you could look down at the power meter so that we could see what level you are in. Thanks

    where i live (Belgium) the max speed off this same bike is limited to 25 km/h or 15mph

      I would say it’s not worth getting if that’s the case unless you’re going to use it for climbing or change up the gear ⚙️ for a touring/ bike packing ratio

    How does it feel on uphills with full assist, avg speed, etc?

    • @nateums
      @nateums  Před 3 lety +1

      There are lots of variables that affect the answer, but for the average height and weight rider or European of American size, with an ok ability to work out (jog about a mile/1.6 km) I would say the average speed will be about 10-12mph on a 4-5% grade climb with a sustained even effort.
