Just purchased!
First the roller now the Fibroguard. Your the best. You really love what you do and care about everyone getting the best results with the best care😍🥰
I just hate a nice result ruined by fibrosis so I have spent the last few years really taking a deep dive into fibrosis, and from what I now understand think that rolling and the Fibroguard are the best ways to prevent it.
🎉🎉🎉 I’ve been waiting on this!! My lipo/bbl is scheduled May 23 and I was hoping this product would available prior to my surgery!!! Ordering!!
Congrats 🎉🎉🎉
@Dr Williams I had lipo 360 w/J Plasma on April 4th, when can I start back working out? I’m 54 years old and would love to get back to strength training @ the gym to retain my muscle mass. I will work out wearing my OG Faja & Fibroguard.
I’m 6 weeks post op lipo 360 is it too late to use it?
Great design! 6 months too late…Fibrosis got me😢
Same!
I have one but it's not made Like this but it definitely help and I was told it doesn't matter how far post op you are it still works. I like this one better then the one I have at home because you can fit it more closer to you stomach, the one I have doesn't wrap around like this one but you put it inside your faja then you get it as tight as possible without hurting yourself and close your faja over it
can it be reversed ?
Sorry to hear that.
Not yet. We are working on techniques to try to treat fibrosis but so far nothing really seems to work but it is an active area of study.
🙌🏾 I’ve been patiently awaiting
Well. Here it is!
@@DrWilliamMiamiI received today my order today. I’m two weeks post of ( perfect ) you are the best ! 😍. And so is your customer service team I called so much about this product they knew me by name Ms Tammy ( Kudos ! )
Thank you. I will pass that along. Much appreciated.
Hi doctor William, how should this product be used with the Ogee faja and what is the recommended use for us tummy tuck patients who had lipo on the flanks and back? Thank you ❤
Good question🤔
FibroGuard is used anytime you have liposuction so if you have a TT with lipo I would suggest using FibroGuard. It is worn directly on the skin underneath the faja. Start to wear FibroGuard 2 weeks after surgery.
My surgery is 4/29, my waist is currently 36-37 inches, how did I know which size to purchase? Or should I wait until after surgery?
I usually suggest going one size down from your pre-op measurements so that it fits after surgery.
@dr Williams how many hours a day should I wear it? I placed my order ? Thx
Wear it during the day and take it off at night to sleep. Don't be alarmed by the little round indentations they leave--they will be gone by the time you wake up.
I received mine today ! Even the packaging includes the Ogee Recovery Protocol “The Goat”!… Wish I knew how to add photos or the package
I want to purchase this! I’m almost 2 weeks post op, do I get my current measurements as I’m still swelling?
Yes use your current measurements. Remember the FibroGuard is supposed to be comfortable and not cranked down and there is a lot of adjustability to it so you can tighten it as your swelling goes away.
Dr. Williams, I’m at week 2 post lipo 360 and bbl. At week 3 can I stop massages and wear this or will I still need to do both? Thank you.
I have my patients follow the Ogee Recovery Protocol. Here is a link: ogeerecovery.com/pages/bbl-recovery
Massages: 10 massages over the first 2 weeks. one everyday for the first week and then one every other day for the following week. Then over the next 2 weeks get 5 MLD (Manual Lymphatic Drainage) massages.
Compression: Foams and Boards for the first 2 weeks and then stop these and switch to FibroGuard and wear the Fibroguard underneath the faja.
Faja: Wear faja for 3 months. First 6 weeks 24 hours a day and then second 6 weeks wear faja 12 hours a day.
What's the steps for Tummy tuck?
I'm here for that answer. How can you apply this when you've had a tummy tuck with lipo.
If you have had a tummy tuck with liposuction then I would recommend Fibroguard. I don't suggest Fibroguard for just a straight tummy tuck as fibrosis after a straight tummy tuck is not a problem.
Would this help with a shelf after a tummy tuck? I have an overhang 3 months post op
No it wouldn't help with that.
So what do we do when we are more than three months out but less than one year and have fibrosis?
I have one but not like this. I was told it still works no matter how far post op you are
Does anyone know what the cost is?

I like to start FibroGuard 2 weeks after surgery. The patients that have been using the prototype of FibroGuard are following that protocol. I just don't have experience with it being started later. I would think, based on the body's healing that it might be beneficial even starting at 3 months but I just don't know yet.
I just got mine! Is it okay to wear over my tank? I have sensitive skin.
It is better to wear it directly against your skin. Now this is important. Don't wear it too tight as we want it to be comfortable but not overly compressive. You will see little indentations when you take it off. Don't be alarmed by this. They will go away by the morning.
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! It’s a little itchy on my skin, but I’ll try to wear it directly on my skin. I’m 3 weeks post op, to confirm I don’t need to wear foams and boards now?
I love how comfortably it fits under my faja! Great design :)
You are correct. Stop all boards and foams and switch to FibroGuard only.
I know, it's comfortable. I love that about it. It's like a big hug. I have had wonderful feedback from patients during our prototype phase.
Hello! Does the fibroguard help with swelling? I’m still swole after 6 wks from a MMO especially my tummy and upper rib area.
Yes it does because it opens the lymphatic vessels. At your stage of healing the lymphatic vessels are what are responsible for removing the fluid. Just make sure that your faja, if you are wearing one, is not obstructing the fluid from leaving the upper abdomen. Sometimes a faja can compress below the upper abdomen and produces more swelling in the area you describe. If that's not the problem than I wold suggest using FibroGuard as well as getting lymphatic massages.
That seems to be exactly what’s happening. My upper tummy area is still swollen while below has flattened out and I stopped the massages a week ago. I’m also still wearing the foams with the stage 1 faja. I have the ogee faja but I think it’s the wrong size.
Hello Doctor. My name in Yessi. I bought fibroguard and have been using it for the last two days. But when I take it off, the skin is left with the mark of each ball that has the design and I have to massage it for a while to make the skin flat again. Is it normal that the skin looks like this when I use it when I remove it?
That is normal. Just make sure not to tighten the Fibroguard too tight. If it is really pulled tight it will be too compressive and we want to make sure not to over compress. We want the little foam half spheres to be able to open the lymphatics. Wear the Fibroguard during the day and then take it off when you get home from work and by the morning all those little bumps will be gone.
Where can i get it
It is available in my office or online at ogeerecovery.com/
If fibrosis already got us, if we get a tt, will the fibrosis be removed when the skin is removed.?
Yes, if the fibrosis is below the belly button it can be removed providing you have enough skin for a tummy tuck.
I’m 5 weeks post op. Is this too late?
Not it is not too late to start FibroGuard.
Unfortunately this company is a scam. They filter out negative reviews on the products. THey do not have business etiquette where they allow returns. Does not matter if it's intimate. Any quality business who has quality product offers this. This is the first red flag. unused items should be allowed a return. They dont even have production lines that allow for shipping items fast enough. Offering store credit is manipulation, as its only useful for post op periods. Thus waste. The only good item is their silicone strips. the roller has apparatus problems as well. I understand the 'business' of medicine, but this is sheer nonsense for the vulnerable patients who are healing .
