If you never figured this out... because the vial is curved, only one vial will read level depending on how you orient it... If he flipped it over, that top vial would read level
This is the only video on you tube that I could find with a similar level to mine. What is the purpose of the top middle vile?
The bubble in the top vial is stuck on the end of the tube. This sometimes happens on cheaper vials. You need to rock the level to free it.
"There are two" (pause for BS) "vials in it with water in it". WOW. Google is free.
