Those are vials like I said 2 per window. Bottles are for liquids in large amounts, not for a tool. The vials are curved towards the center of the level, where the bubble rests. Their centerline is parallel with the edge of the tool, because like I said, they are curved. They can not possibly be parallel with anything straight, only with a curved thing with the same curvature. As such, the upper one is always upside down, it will only work with its curved top towards the sky, flipped around.
