Hey 🆎 I always make my sauce 1-3 days ahead so everything I put in it those flavors will dance together and be delicious for any pasta I make.
I make more than I need oftentimes so I’ll freeze the extra. To thaw quicker I’ll just put the bag in some hot tap water and let it do its thing.

Ok, mine just came out of the oven and it’s delicious. The good part about not having any family or friends is that when you fix something like this you can vacuum seal it, freeze it and have several meals leftover. This is soooo yummy. TYFS❤ 😋

Great recipe! Looks so yummy. I don’t like my pasta to ever have the chance to get mushy. So, for me, I’ll probably cook my pasta 2 or even 3 minutes short of al dente. I’d use more garlic too because I’m a big garlic fan. But just a tiny bit more. But, gonna make!!!!
