Equal opportunity but we are not made equal. That is ridiculous Dr Phil. You say equal opportunity and I say the best man for the job. If the best man happens to be a certain color then so be it. Do you think the NBA would hire a bunch of 4 ft 9 guys that don't know how to play basketball or are they going to hire the best man to get the ball in the basket because they want to win championships. Well, the same goes for anything. We want the best man for the job but people like Dr Phil I guess want equal opportunity. I like Dr phil, I've always respected Dr Phil but this equal opportunity stuff I do not understand. I don't think they want equal opportunity I think they want all out power and control
