Very informational video. Thank you
I love listening to Greg, great guest!
I've been following Stronger by Science for a while now and so it was great to hear you both sharing views. Thank-you.
Fantastic interview! Answered a lot of questions that I have had. Thank you.
Great video thanks
Greg
great video, can you maybe check that the volume for both ppl is equated? greg is way louder than you simon
Thanks for this interview, love both your content. Your voice was really low volume compared to Greg.
Interesting stuff, thanks for sharing. Most recommendations seem to follow my intuitions, so guess thanks for the confirmation bias hypertrophy as well 😂
bro a small doubt and this is not related to this video, do you run everyday or during a particular interval
Greg is killing me, i find the squat to be the most technical as i have got so much to think about to have form nailed down compared to any other lift.
