The lack of people commenting on this video says so much. Swalwell, besides being a democrat, has compromised himself. What is he even doing there for?!
Ive been a suferrring from this technology for 16 years now and its worse than one can ever imagine. This has been covertly going on for more than a decade on a global scale. Its the most advance technology in the history and can do much more than just sound and pain. And there are thousands of other victims like me globally who are termed 'Targetted Individual'. I hope they get to the bottom of this and close it very soon as its unbearable.

Havana Syndrome is one style of audio disruption but that does not cover the many, other styles of quite prevalent psychologically obtuse, softkill style, audio disruptions. So..
