      The best thing for anything is to at least slow the momentum of habits (only if you find yourself having, addictive behavior) having multiple things artificially boost that is already tough as it is so it’s a one day at a time process and it takes trust too, right now I only use CZcams…

      The tips are when you find something not as enjoyable as previously experienced, dial back your dopamine layering and reset it.
