I love that updated the Micky and Minnie costumes to wear their mouths and eyes move and they can talk. It makes it a lot more fun for the children :)

He didn't talk when I went last year but I'd seen videos of him doing it...I was absolutely gutted! Is there a different line you have to queue for to meet the talking Mickey?
I'm assuming when he's not talking it's when the head is malfunctioning or something like that...

OuO on the first day we went to the parks last year, I was in Hollywood studios and bought a Nightmare before Christmas pin, and the lady behind the counter told me about the charcters speaking and blinking, although I never got to see them!

The Cartoon Nerd They have been recently doing this at DCA.
They have it at Disneyland but not the walk around characters. They have talking Mickey for Mickey and the magical map and when Mickey is doing the buena vista performances at DCA
couldn't they have a way to just hire people that can do the Mickey voice and make it so they can control the mouth when they are talking? Like have a computer hear the person talk and move the mouth? (There are computer programs that do this already).
Still a huge step up over the 90's era when I went there as a kid and they don't say anything.
Hahaha he had the same scenario for me and my brother but he spent more time with us...
Lol as kids we receive more magic I guess...
