- The Magic Kingdom Magician Mickey Meet & Greet is now interactive. Mickey talks to guests with an incredible realism that needs to be seen to be believed. This is sure to evolve and get better as it is tweaked. Rumor is that your MagicBand will provide Mickey Mouse with your name and other preferences.

He was helping his friend LOL
Haha! I can see how they can incorporate the Magic Bands with this. Mickey might be able to know your name, or that it is your birthday. I think we are beginning to see the next stage in Disney parks!
Agreed Vanessa - Bigger hugs back
Right!!! My thoughts exactly.
I think with MagicBand that could happen - I liked him trying to say Hello in peoples languages etc...
me either till today :)
I agree Jack!
The Great and Powerful Mickey!
Love it! I can't wait to meet Talking Mickey!!!
0:46 wooah that’s a weird way to sign an autograph
On a DS great
That is a whole new level of technique and Character experinces. So a nice meet and greet you had with Mickey. Really cute and magical, even if I think, that technique has still a few little, tiny issues with the guests meet and greets. Thanks for sharing John! Big hug. :)
Thank you Linda!
You can get a Fastpass for meeting him.
Thank you Anita!
I think because of her face, Jessica rabbit would be a face character - meaning a real human face, so I bet she will talk already :)
She would be a bombshell!
A little trippy Kyle :)
I'm seeing Mickey Mouse when I go to Walt Disney World in February 2019.
He won't talk to you then. Or any of us.

I like how they had made Mickey talk when someone talks to him. i wish they had came up with this earlier in the 1990s. they should also do the same like this with three more disney characters, Minnie, Donald, and Goofy too!
I bet you are right!
This is so cute. My kids will love it I can't wait to show them this video.
Bring the family Scott and let me know what the experience is like please.
I dig the talking Mickey, but I hope they get him to the point where he's very interactive with you instead of just having standard phrases.
He is so cute!!!! but I wouldn't be able to wait that much
Its soo.... MAGICAL DD8 I have NEVER EVER EVER have seen anything like it
Can't wait to go back and see this for myself! So cool. Disney imaginEars are so very smart.
Just another reason to go back. Thanks for the video
I think like how he speaks is that the is that there’s a voice changer every time he speaks
Every time when I see something like this I sweat and I blush
Maybe I’m just sad that I can’t go see him
That didn’t make sense
That' s great!! I wonder if he says the the same thing all the time.
Like the talking Mickey Doll?
This is absolutely amazing! My dream since I was a kid!
I think there are a lot of different things.
I bet they could do different languages, too. I swear that the narration over at IOA switched to Hindi when I rode Wizarding World of HP with an Indian family. Confused the hell outta me. But if Universal can do it, I'm sure Disney can
So amazing!
Boy I wanted to talk to him but last time I met him as the non talking role
WOW! So awesome and Magical! I love the talking Mickey. They should do this for all the characters! I have also subscribed to your channel. ;-)
Thank you for Subscribing - I too wish and hope eventually all the characters will do this. I realize it must be hard to accomplish.
How INTERESTING!
I cant tell if i like it or hate it....either way, its AMAZING technology!
Thanks for the vid
Labyrinthian95 It is really cool and I am sure it will only get better in time
... Make a Jessica Rabbit and I'll make the trip.
I think they should have a microphone so that when someone talks into it they sound like Mickey Mouse so that way he can have a real conversation with you. Can you talk to the cast members about that? And do you have to pay to get the magicbands?
Do you know the schedule of when this is there? Cuz I'm going in December and I'd love to talk to Mickey
I think it's possible to get the responses live instead of pre-recorded. They'd just have to do what they do for the face characters, get a good impersonator. Would it be perfect? No, but the kids wouldn't be able to tell. Only people who I think could really be able to tell would be anyone who does voice acting, (professional or just for fun like myself) or someone who can tell the difference between voices.
Nuggetlover96 I think with live there is too much room for error - and it is HARD finding a good Mickey voice impersonator
it has been done live before, at a convention.
It's a great idea, but good Disney impersonators are hard to come by. But don't give your hopes up, I'm sure one day a good Mickey impersonator will
perform it live.
@@BigFatPanda yeah. Everyone that thinks they can do a good Mickey voice seems to think they just do a basic high pitched falsetto, and bam you have Mickey, when it’s much more in depth than that.
Hi, I play many characters at parties, etc & this would be a great asset for my business (blinking & talking Mickey) can anyone tell me if they're for sale any where? I've seen others have talking Mikey's but never talking & blinking. I know it will be expensive but my boy friend really wants me to have one & to be honest, so would I
Barbie'spartypals@gmail.com I don't think this is something you can purchase. I believe it would cost more than a new BMW - not kidding - with research and development costs. I am sure Disney is keeping it secure as well.
Needs more refinement. Perhaps actual live responses rather than pre-recording.
That would be great but likely not possible - his voice needs to be correct everytime - and no voice controller can really do it
BigFatPanda One thing I learned about WED enterprises is that every time somebody tells them it's impossible or that something can't be done, those imagineer boys and girls get right to work to make it happen. For example, WED has made several advancements in animatronics since that fellow Retlaw Yensid introduced Abe Lincoln in the sixties.... ;)
this is terrifying.
