Really looking forward to videos 📹 from this channel 👌🏾 would be interesting to see how you got the banks to view you as a property entrepreneur rather than a homeowner? What criteria should you meet before you can get financing for multiple investment properties?
Thank you for engaging Dumisani, really appreciate it. Its really all about affordability but when the bank does an affordability assessment they will take 50% of the rental income you earn from your properties and include that as part of your overall income when deciding if you qualify for funding for yet another property. Afcourse there are also other funding streams that you could explore - or even partnering up with someone and buying the property together to increase the affordability bracket.

There's a difference between owning and managing a property on behalf of the bank if you didn't buy cash. 🥵
Whether you bought a property cash or used credit - you still own that property. It’s registered under your name at the title deeds office. It’s yours. all you did is leverage credit to get it. There’s no such thing as a managing a property on behalf of a bank.
