Dead island 2 is actually a really detailed game, I've been amazed at so many of the things included in the game, from the obvious stuff like deforming zombies as you beat them up, the way you can use water and oil and heaps of different parts of the environment to take large numbers of zombies at once, the attention to detail in the world building etc. The game truly surpassed my expectations with its quality and is definitely deserving of its own video

I just figured whoever made that graphic was being cheeky about how many zombie limbs and bodies you end up severing, especially since "serve" and "sever" have the exact same letters, just with the "r" moved to the end.
Regarding the Police Car quote in Dead Island 2, isn't that a bit of a reference to the old Simpsons Treehouse of Horror episodes? It was the one where Bart and Lisa get teleported into the Itchy & Scratchy world, they try to kill the siblings for laughing at Scratchy's pain and at one part, they end up in a police car with that quote that Lisa says aloud.
In Star Wars: Jedi Survivor, when you have the Harmony switch on your lightsaber, you can see the color of the kyber crystal you selected, glowing. It's easier to see in dark places, you also may have to rotate and see through the slots of the switch. Subtle but neat detail.
I feel that this shouldn’t really count because it’s more a collectible, but the speed cameras in Crysis 2 work if you sprint (since Crysis Guy seems to have Maximum Speed on) or drive a vehicle towards it Similarly, holding a grenade for too long before throwing it will yield the prompt of “arm loss imminent” or something along those lines In Vanquish, similar to RE4 where Ashley ducks when you aim, the main character will usually yell “out of the way” to an ally when you aim towards them, and they also would duck Something much smaller, in Dead Space 2, wearing the Security Suit (and its reskins) will show a wanted portrait on the chest hud In the same game, Isaac has a different animation for equipping the Advanced Suit Should be obvious by its own right, but in Placid Plastic Duck Simulator, the Duck that’s actually a statue doesn’t float in water and straight up sinks down due to its weight Although rare because of dialogue being too common, in SD Gundam Battle Alliance, in moments where no one is talking, the partners you bring with you will comment on your Combat performance everytime you do do a 10-hit combo, I suppose this is best observed in practice mode I’m sure everyone knows this too, but in OG Battlefront 2, there is a button that you can bind to call AI teammates to follow you - if you’re playing as a hero and try to do this, the announcer will say that the hero must go on their own
Actually, one more for Dead Space 2 (saw it when I started a new game) unless this was covered already So when you first start the game you have a straight jacket on, and when you get to the first store, there’s a weighing scale there With the jacket, the scale will read Isaac as 195 pounds, but the moment you buy your first suit (doesn’t seem to matter what suit it is), the scale will change to 255 pounds
just noticed after replaying spyro the reignited trilogy, in the first spyro on the town square level, one of the dragons is chiseling at bust of the old spyro model making the new spyro
So the Halo detail kinda freaks me out a bit. I recently had a nightmare about the Covenant invading our world. Their main mode of attack? You guessed it, turning people into Brutes and having them murder all of their loved ones. I was running with my friends before running away from them after they inevitably turned. It was incredibly terrifying and the Marine's rant put me right back in it. Mind you, I haven't even played a Halo game since Reach. Crazy.
the Marine freaking out is in each of the Bungie Halo games, except I believe in ODST and Halo 2, Halo 2 instead having a cowardly Grunt during an Arbiter mission. (a Cowardly Grunt also appears in the final level of Halo 3)
I dunno if or how much you covered crash 4 but here is somethings i found when trying to 100% the game, which if I can would be happy to share the save file with you. - Cortex's Blaster fires DNA rays, he calls it the blockification ray. - The floater skin has a unique death animation where it flys off like a balloon - Before the N. Trophy fight, collecting all the invert womba fuirt triggers the Woah! meme or Yay! as coco (meanted because only 20% of PC users have the attached achievement)

In Tears of the Kingdom, some characters will remark on your choice of attire. For instance, Purah will give Link a compliment if he wears the hairband when talking to her. Likewise, Master Khoga will tell Link his disguise won't work if you wear the Yiga armor when confronting him. I was able to trigger it with just the hood and armor. Maybe wearing the pants too will give a convincing disguise. Another detail comes after seeing Mattison off in Tarrey Town, then clearing the sandstorm in Gerudo Town. You'll see that Mattison has arrived and is fitting in well with the rest of the Gerudo tribe. If you want to reassure her parents, you can take a picture of her, and show it to Hudson and Rhondson to let them know she's doing fine. Hudson does make an offhand comment that alludes to this, but there's no quest marker or reward, as far as I know, so it can be easily missed.
In COD WW2 if you put a granade on your rifle and inspect your gun, the soldier will not inspect the gun but he will inspect the granade infront of the rifle.
In "Lake", a game about a middle-aged woman who becomes a temporary mail carrier in her home town Providence Oaks, Oregon, a Spongebob Squarepants reference can be found at the Bait Shop on the North East side of the lake. When you walk up the ramp there is a bench against the main building where you can find a starfish and a sponge laying next to each other.
If we are talking about jiggle physics I have a really good example, State of Decay 2. The juggernauts belly bounces and juggles whenever you hit it, like a lot.

Jedi Survivor is turning out to be my version of Elden Ring for Star Wars, it might not be perfect but the upgrade from Fallen Order is amazing. Not perfectly optimized but personally the gameplay makes up for it.
I might be wrong but the things are scared marine was describing sounded so much like the Flood to me. There are some details in Resident evil 4 Remake but they are really minor, 1: when switching some weapons Leon will check the chamber of said weapons 2: When there are no enemies around Leon will be in a more relaxed state but when there is an enemy nearby he will go battle ready stance 3: After finding Ashley in the church there will be a heavy storm, Leon and Ashley will block their faces from the wind and rain and when reaching places that have roof Leon will flinch to remove the water on him 4: When sprinting for sometime Leon will start breathing heavily and after stopping for a while he goes back to normal. 5: When doing some sick moves with your exclusive upgraded Handcannon and Chicago Sweeper and Pinstripe outfit Ashley will have somewhat of an impressed reaction to your sick moves. 6: Enemies burned by fire will be charred.

can do it in the newer mw2 as well, just attach launcher, go into firing range, switch to it then inspect, works for both kp40 and m203/hellscream.
