The baby crying detail in the game SKATE 3 immediately reminded me of an article about a police raid because the neighbors of the house in question thought they heard a baby left alone crying, but it turned out to be a parrot, perfectly imitated the sound of a crying baby.

Did you know that at the beginning of Detroit Become Human, you can save a cop while approaching Daniel. What’s cool is that when you investigate Markus’s actions at the News Tower, the cop you saved will actually remember you. What blows my mind is that 99% of players i saw never saved him, yet the devs added this whole cutscene. Is both wholesome but mind blowing
people didnt save the cop at the start?? i thought mostly everyone did

@dynamiteproductions87 if Connor dies at any point between saving the cop and investigating Marcus's broadcast, he won't remember the cop
Grounded has a great reference to fallout. One boss is called the Mant (Man/ant hybrid). Once you kill him you unlock a mutation/perk called the Manterious Stranger. In battle, a Mant will randomly appear and help you out in battle.
I love Grounded, it is the best survival game I have played. The Mantsterious Stranger reference is great because Grounded was developed by Obsidian, who made Fallout: New Vegas and it has developers who used to work at Interplay who created Fallout
In Borderlands 2, if you never turn in the quest ‘the name game’ to sir Hammerlock all unnamed bullymongs will reflect the name he purposes for each stage of the mission, either primal beasts, feravores or bonerfarts
I think I remember the Pox detail in Destroy All Humans. I didn't hear it myself but I left the game running on my birthday while I was playing with friends and my parents were laughing about it.
What I didn't realize is how close Pox sounds to Billy, from Billy and Mandy. I'm like 99% positive it's the same VA.
Pox also sounds a lot like Invader Zim. :P
It is the same voice actor. Also voices Moxxie from the series Helluva Boss.
In Red Dead Online, the emote of "Checking the time" where your player pulls out a pocket watch and flicks it open, gives it a glance, and puts it away, giving it a closer look the pocket watch model's hands display the correct time of day, comparing it to the pause menu and the pocket watch featured there. So checking the pocket watch actually works
In FNV (maybe also in 3,I should check it out) you can use dead enemies corpses to trigger bear traps, I recomend killing the ghoul that asks you to free one of his friends from the Nightkin and use his corpse to test this detail
I feel like arachnophobia mode in certain games make the spider's seem scarier
In Grounded it makes it harder to read their attacks imo

In Black ops 1, at the beginning of the 1st mission, Operation 40, if you pay close enough attention to woods's watch, you'll see the red second hand slowly move during the scene, showing that his watch actually works and isnt just there for looks
I always liked how prince of Persia sands of time was a story being told by the prince and if you died he’d say some different lines like “no no no, that didn’t happen”
For Video Game Easter Eggs: In Zombie Army 4's Ragnarok Part 2 DLC during the first "Survive the Ambush" objective, one of the characters, when giving story exposition about the beginning of the universe, says the line "In primordial space, timeless creatures made waves."
This is referencing the exact same line from Marathon 2 of the famous Marathon series.
In borderlands 2 there's another talking gun/shield from a mission where you help a loader AI find a new body, after he tries to kill you a few times you can put him into a shield or shotgun
In the indie game Signalis, there's a readout in the inventory menu that displays the player character's emotional/psychological state. When you're around the psychic Kolibri enemies, that readout will whirl around wildly.

There's a gun in borderlands 2: Fight For Sanctuary DLC called the Hot Mama. It's also a talking gun. But less annoying.
In Borderlands 1, there is an area in the boat town area where you can get on a boat at the edge of town with Marcus memorabilia and if you shoot the elemental barrels around the ship in the color order that the Christmas lights are in, you will see a mermaid riding a dolphin, as well as getting a secret achievement.
Oh I think know what you're referring to, and I'm pretty sure it's Tannis, someone that's not a mermaid, riding a 'normal' fish

I just wanma say how glad I am that you put the effort into making these. I remember a time where if you wanted to see easter eggs/hidden details youd see the same 4 or 5 things in every video. Stoked to see you still come up with fresh ideas every time
In the original Watch_Dogs, you can steal a police car and can hear the police officers telling you to pull over on the radio of the car
Edit: in the original Resident Evil 4, on the railcar section, if you shoot an enemy and they fall off the cars or the ledges, then ashley will make a fist in a good way
Shadows Over Loathing has its own Arachnophobia mode that removes spider enemies. It also has Aracnophilia mode, which adds 'so many spiders'. For some reason, there's an HDR Rendering option as well, even on the Switch version.
Did you know in the pentagon area in black ops 1 in the campaign, if you move the camera through a mode, around you can eventually find a picture of Sgt Roebuck from World At War.

There’s a game detail in the darkness where when you get to the orphanage the darkness creature swipes away you gun. The animation is different depending on the gun. It is a small detail.

I think this could count as both a Detail and a Easter Egg, but I think it's more of an Easter Egg.
In Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance's First Mission, before you enter the refinery, you can open your codec and chat with your contacts (Boris, Kevin, Courtney, and Doktor).
The Easter Egg: But if you keep talking to Kevin, Raiden will eventually mention Solid Snake, saying Snake had saved him in past Metal Gear games multiple times.
A (few) Hidden Detail(s) though: Again, talking with Kevin still in the same series of codec calls that mention Solid Snake, Kevin will mention Desperado members, give you Sam's backstory, explain the holes of PMC laws, and even explain how the refinery operates. It's actually surprising how many recorded lines there are and this is just level one talking with Kevin! No one would normally talk with the contacts as long as I currently am, though there is an endpoint where the call would start repeating.
An interesting detail about the game TMNT shredder's Revenge, is that at the beginning of the Mission "Big Apple, 3PM" your character leaves the Channel 6 Building and it is possible to see the turtles' van having one of its tires stolen. The great detail is that, if you are controlling Donatello, he will have a unique phrase that none of the characters have in this passage. It's something very simple, but I think it's cool.
The zombie details are pretty sweet, Ive sunk so many hours in zombies and never noticed them
I believe Advanced Warfare has a rather unique execution with a grapple hook against those big exosuit dudes. If don't from behind you smash their face on the concrete, it's honestly so satisfying. In the last mission iirc

I don't know if he has covered it before but in Yakuza kiwami in Serena, the map displays the indoor layout. After the aftermath when Kiryu meets with nishki and the bar gets ruined, the map changes along with the knocked over chairs and moved items when you return later
Here's something in the original Destroy All Humans 2. Apparently, if you listen closely, you can hear the civilians call out lines that reference Doctor Who, and in Reprobed you can find the TARDIS in a cave.
I don’t know if you covered this one, but I really want to point this out in an old game:
In Half-Life: Opposing Force, near the end of the Boot Camp tutorial. If you stand on the door that the engineer torches open, you will take heat damage for a few seconds.

In Battlefield 2042 there's a really neat detail where when you equip a big or medium ish scope the reflection actually corrolates to your surroundings!

The Sellout and Handsome Jack Hammer are talking Weapons from Borderlands 3
There is also the 1340 Shield from Borderlands 2 but no one ever gets that and also the Messy Breakup from Borderlands 3

There was at some point, for all of us, a time when we logged off of Black Ops Zombies for the last time, not knowing we would never get to play on Kino Der Toten again.
I noticed that if you look at some of the computer terminals when you are on the moon during Wolfenstein New Order you would see screen shots from the original Wolfenstein
did you know that in skyrim shouts are in dragon language and cannot be translated BUT the throw voice can by turning on the subtitles you can shout a insult toward the enemy it comes in different insults as well

There is a similar hidden detail in the game Twisted Metal: Black where waiting by certain houses on the Suburbs map, you can hear different things. One house has someone listening to the news on the TV. Another house just has dogs barking. The worst one has what sounds like a domestic violence event. It’s really disturbing.
The sounds can only be heard in the story mode, not in challenge mode.
Pretty cool easter egg on kino der toten is if you hold reload on the paintings of the characters

Oh yeah, the zombies running at a stupidly fast pace at the higher rounds, yeah that’s a good one to mention but I’m also skeptical cause the last time I mentioned an extra zombies animation, I got told that the Spetsnaz commando roll was already featured, however feels good to be one of the many who also brought to light the unique walk and for my words running animation the Japanese zombies have on Shi No Numa

In American Thief 80s there are quite a bunch of references, between cars that you can buy, vhs that you need to steal, arcade cabins or even the 5 "secret" achievements there's enough for half an episode
If needed I can record clips, I've finished the game which makes it easy for me
Another easter egg in Borderlands 2, if you head over to Gaurdian Ruins(Landmark) in Caustic Caverns(Map)and cross along the railroad and head to the side of the mountain you'll find MineCraft Dirt Blocks. I did this every time i played with friends.
Don't forget the Minecraft skins and heads you can get from the Creepers there, along with the special sniper that fires an arrow shaped projectile

I dunno if you knew this or not, but I just found a secret achievement on BroForce Forever (series x), on the chopper screen if you just keep flying around shredding up the seagulls until you kill them all, you'll get the "I did not want to resort to violence" achievement, idk if the title is referencing something or not though.

In Baldur's Gate 3, if you are a warlock whose pact is with the Great Old One and you encounter the circus outside a major city, your patron will chime in at the event where the clown is telling jokes to reveal how much they detest clowns.
