Ahh that Deadpool pause screen one is a classic! I remember coming back to my game after pausing it to hear Deadpool talking about being paused and it caught me way off guard! I love this game to death, there's a reason why it truly kickstarted the Spider-verse!
I don't know, the idea of the Spider-Verse was first popularized by the 90s Animated Series.

For "The Getaway" the turn signals telling you where to go is also in Brutal Legends. If you're heading the wrong way, both the back lights turn on to tell you it's the opposite direction!
One thing to note with the Garrador in RE4, if you manage to get past the gate without killing the Garrador, if you try to go back with ashley to face it, she will just not follow you down the ladder, she will not make a comment about it or follow you down the ladder until you kill the Garrador, which means there is never a time when she can meet a live Garrador in game.
A detail in Saints Row 1 is that when you go into a tunnel or underpass in a convertible, the radio echoes.

I like the dead pool leveled just for the hidden dialog on the pause screen. And I had the game for a long time on the wii before. I figured out that there was hidden dialogue on the pause screen and I never saw a video on it. I found it on my own. Cause I paused the game on the deadpool level to take my dog out and then when I came back inside. I grabbed the controller and was about to unpause it when I heard dialogue and I was like, huh? That's weird
Not sure if you covered this already but when you unlock the electro-proof suit (which happens after completing 45 challenges and buying it) in the suits description it’ll say something along the lines of “it could’ve been useful earlier” because you would’ve had to beat him already to get the costume
If I recall right, Saiko No Sutoka's neck snap thing was originally made as a counter to players exploiting her earlier AI, and now remains as a thing that may happen if she catches you crouching when she's feeling stabby (angering her by trying to upskirt her is definitely intentional tho)
The getaway and it's sequel the getaway black Monday were a pair of awesome games back in the day. I highly recommend playing them

i have a detail for tears of the kingdom but it contains some spoilers: when the blood moon cutscene is triggered zelda will speak to you during it. during the game it is slowly revealed that the zelda going around the kingdom and not the real zelda. After you beat the four main dungeons Zelda will reveal herself as not real. After this she will no longer appear or speak during the blood moon cutscene

The Getaway is one of my favorite games of all time, I was blown away by how beautiful it was at the time. I LOVED the no HUD decision, the way you recovered health was my leaning on walls. I really wish they remastered or remaded this game, or even give Mark Hammond a proper sequel 😭

There’s another detail similar to the shovel for Viva Piñata: TIP where if you constantly water leafos, she’ll take your watering can away, though this can happen at any point in the game. What makes it cooler is that if you have the best watering can, she will downgrade it to the worst one possible.
OMG the Viva Pinata hit the spot of nostalgia - me and my older sis had both games and we would spent many weekends playing it. :D
I remember where she tried to hatch a 4-headed snake, where it required patience and good timing.
However a raccoon showed up, ate the egg, laughed at us and tried to leave.
Without flinching or a single word my sister pulled out her shovel and broke the pinata.

Nice to see Viva Pinata getting some love, there's lots of references in this game as well, for example, the Thunder Cut accessory that you can equip onto Pinatas is a reference to the hairstyle of Chief Thunder from the Killer Instinct series
It even has an item description referencing Killer Instinct
"An arcade machine washed ashore Pinata Island once - third in the series. One of the characters had this cool head-gear that the Pinatas seemed to love so much and so someone made this accessory for gardeners to give to their Pinatas." (Killer Instinct reference)
One thing i found witch i thought was cool was in the Sims4 if you have the spellcaster expantion one of the benches is called "The Hardest Seat To Sit on" a refference to the song "The hardest button to button" it even has accompanying, lyrics to go with it in the description how ever i would not be suprised if you have talked about this one all ready, the sims have a lot of references

When I played through Watch Dogs 1 I never used the Fast Travel system. I also played a "nice" character that couldn't steal any occupied vehicles, so I had to hack into parked vehicles.
One time I couldn't find a car for the love of it so I had to travel with the train system. Fun times.
I never expected a Viva Pinata game to appear, but you can feature part one in the easter egg series. It has a statue of Banjo and Kazooie and other Rare references.
Many call this one of the worst games Rare has ever produced, but my sister absolutely adored this game. And I did too, because it made her happy.
The names of the Pinatas combine a feature of the animal with a sweet (A pretztail is a pretzel and the tail of a fox).

There really cool detail in Street fighter 6. If you select Kimberly in the character select. She starts to react to the music. Plus if select both Kimberly in to pratice mode. If she use her super art level 3 without hitting your opponent Music will change. But what happen if playe 2 do the same.

The funny thing about the Strip Club achievement is that the fact that the achievement's name sounds like a description makes it less believable since achievements are usually some clever titles instead of a "you did this very thing" description.

Hey Captain! There's an easter egg in the game "Escape Simulator". It's on Steam. They recently released a new room set on an island with Pirate themes. Anyways, there's a sunken boat a bit far underwater, and in that boat you can find a rubber duck, which has a QR code that says "If found, please return to:" if you actually scan that QR code, it sends you to a CZcams video of the pirate metal band "Alestorm", because in their live shows they have a giant rubber duck on stage with them while playing the concert.

2nd try asking for Card Survival Tropical Island Published in 2022 by Winterspring Games. It is basically hidden details the game, including hidden dialogue with a coconut, a human skull, and a couple different hallucinations, a literal red herring, a secret ending, and dozens of tiny hidden details like accidently blowing up a fuel can by not following the right steps... the number 1 nexus mod for the game just shows all the tiny interactions different actions have.
High on Life continues to have the most on the nose, in your face easter eggs/details. They strip all fun out of the references.
In hitman 3, speaking of hippos, in Berlin, if you bring the golden idol from the club owners safe out into a chair outside the nightclub and place it, a talking hippo will pop out and begin to warn you of Diana’s betrayal. Pretty crazy

Might be a bit hard for you to test, but in World of Warcraft's Legion expansion, the last raid (Antorus) had a split path you could take after the first boss fight. On one route (towards the Antoran High Command) you would have a fight that involves a pair of portals that continuously summon demons you have to kill.
If you take one of the other routes first and kill one of the bosses down that route (Portal Keeper Hasabel) and then take the route mentioned above, those portal enemies won't spawn. My guild never tried that when the raid was current, so I only found out a few months ago when it became something you could run solo fairly easily. A pretty cool detail though imo.
In addition to the Viva Pinata one, in the original game, if you attack Seedos, he will plant harmful seeds in the garden
