For most of my many decades, I have purchased hand-made (not bespoke) shoes. I began with Bally but found their soles too thin and uncushioned for the Swiss cobbled streets. They did wear incredibly well. I moved on to Church's and enjoyed them enormously for style and comfort as well as durability. For the past few decades, I have worn Mephistos handmade shoes. Looking back on this shoe history has been pleasurable for me. Thank you!

Superb, I resole my own shoes, only relying on a tame cobbler to do the outsole stitch for me. I've been wondering about the "squared off" welt and sole, yet normal almond shape of the toe box... I think I'll try that next!

PLEASE edit your website to include US sizes. Without the conversion I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and it wasn't easy to make the return. We can't all be continental flanneurs when it comes to online shopping.

I’m sorry, but why would anyone combined a gray tie with a gray suit? It’s not even a dark gray or light gray. It’s the exact same gray tone as far as I can see it.
