Join me on a rainy few days in Batumi, Georgia!
Batumi is a wonderful city, but it was SO rainy when we were there!
We made the most of the city and saw attractions like:
Alphabet Tower
Europe Square
Batumi Boulevard
Batumi Archaeological Museum
Midi Wine Bar
We also enjoyed Batumi's gastronomical scene at Bern Restaurant and Restaurant Old Boulevard.

I see that you don't like rain! (I've been in/near Batumi for nearly three months now and, fortunately, love rain.)
Yep, I've had similar dog experiences here too! Sometimes, they even accompany me for miles! :o
That Ferris wheel in the building was so surreal to see the first time that I saw it.
Speaking Russian there is completely fine. I don't understand Russian (other than a few words), but I know what it sounds like, and I hear it spoken on the buses and otherwise all of the time here.
