Specially the failedpassed one, like depending on the program one additional line of code or just removing/adding one equality symbol would have fixed that.

As not a professional software engineer but someone who can write some programs/scripts/small games and works in IT, I choose to believe that at least some of these are intentional. I mean the form errors or "failedpassed" are pretty obvious but the duck profile picture one? "It's not a bug, it's a feature".
(3:15) There's no software gore at all in that language select menu.
"Settings" means, "use the same language as system settings". It could have been called the generic "Automatically detect" or "Use system lagnuage" or something. - Every language is written in its own language, beause that is how you should do it. It would be very inconventient having to select your language if it's not written in your language. - But why is Tibetan written in English too? The only people who would choose that language are those who already speak it. If you don't speak it, but do speak English, I have no idea why you would need to know what it is. But this is an error done manually, not by the software.

The reason this happened is because most likely in the programming language they used (most likely JavaScript) has >, =, or to calculate this instead of =. Examples:
Correct way:
if(score >= 85) {
// do code here
}
Wrong way:
if(score > 85) {
