I have the JBL 660GTI anniversary edition with the different grille options and the brief case, BRAND NEW. Those are truly remarkable. It's a shame they didn't pursue the same presentation with the Arena X considering what you spend.
I like the Mickey Mouse logo you set up at the end of the video. Very cool speakers.

I think I’d save $1500 and go with a Focal Utopia M 3 way setup.
Those are about 4K I thought.

I’m looking for a chance to hear these in person. I ran old jbl gti stuff and it was really good. Just wondering if these match some of their price points. I have a feeling they do but want to hear in a car
They're ridiculously expensive. I think for people looking afford these will probably be buying audio frog or focal or morel or any other number of higher end components before they bought JBL

How do these compare as far as volume, dynamic range, and overall sound quality vs GTI660 / GTI670? I really wish JBL continued to develope the GTI series of component speakers.
To me they just seem a more innovative version of the GTI with improved technology

@@drunkenbass6128 I sadly sold 4 unopened sets of the GTI 660's for $250 a set last month. I deeply regret it. I'd love to hear them side by side.

I'm not quite sure peak power would be enough, average play time. I own focal and they have twice watts power.
For over 4 grand a set 🤔 😳 beautiful speakers though.

In such a bad acoustic environment, I couldn't fathom spending more than $1,000 on a set of components. Cool none the less. I can't imagine these sound 15x better than Audiofrogs.
You are really not understanding things. As you get into higher end drivers, it's harder and harder to find improvements. You may have to spend 15x money to get a small improvement over Audiofrogs.
To see a 15x improvement is ridiculous when you think about it.
So if you want good bang for your dollar, Audiofrog is a good choice. If you want something better, well, thats hard to do. You have to spend way more money. Just the way it is.
Also, the worse the acoustic environment is, the more money you might need to spend, not less. Your philosophy on these things is a bit backward.
Anyway, I hope that helps sheds light on things.

yeah.... i'm not excited about a speaker i could never afford... at least German Maestro is attainable. kinda bummed about the hype due to the FACT they are $5000. no need to spend that for great sound.
