Yeah me too. I hear that there's the option of injecting platelet-rich plasma under the eyes instead of dermal fillers, but I'm unsure of how true and effective it is so you might wanna do extra research on it. But I feel like it's a more natural option since there's no risk of filler migration or filler accidentally getting injected into a vein/blood vessel and possibly going blind if not caught in time to use hyaluronidase to dissolve it.

For my eyebags a different pillow helped a lot. I used to sleep on quite a high pillow, that bend the neck upwards (hard to explain) For other reasons I switched to an orthopeadic pillow that has a dent for the head to lay in so the head is in a straighter position when you lay on your back and for when you lay on your side the sides of the pillow are higher. Within 2 weeks the eyebags I had for over 20 years almost disappeared completly. So for me it was lymph-fluid built up because of my bad posture while sleeping. Hope that helps someone :) of course there are also other causes for eyebags.

Hi there, thank you for your informative videos that have finally prompted me to take my skin care more seriously. I was wondering if you would recommend the ordinary caffeine and HA eye cream as well? It's quite a bit less pricey than the vichy and seems to have similar ingredients. I know you say that the brand is good but that not all products within a brand can be trusted so I'm being cautious. The ordinary does have twice the number of ingredients as the Vichy so it might be better that way? But I don’t have sensitive skin so would that mean it doesn’t really matter how many ingredients there are? Would really appreciate your help!

I'm a physician myself and I really like your videos - and that you help colleagues with exams etc. I am astonished how bad education in dermatology is in medical school.... People are very sensitive to how they look; a good hair day is astonishingly disproportionate (rationally) with the emotional / self confidence / confidence effects. People who feel they look less attractive has a disproportionate effect as well. Personally I use products where all ingredients are legal in the EU, Would be interested in a video about potential concerning ingredients. Know nothing about Derm. so I may be over reacting.......Thanks again G

      @@shesadiamond5167 Hey
While using Jade roller it definitely gives a cooling effect. And yeah I used it by keeping in fridge. There is no lymphatic drainage as such. And not much reduce in dark circles (majorly cuz the work timings and sleep timings extend late for me)
. After using for few months I lost the touch of it. Now I use it whenever I feel like and not regular. So it all boils down to life style changes again. Good sleep, good water intake and monitoring screen time, good nutrition etc.
Another tip: These days some under eye creams or serums come with rollers try those.

I mean even if top fitness gurus and celebrities with millions of dollars getting old looking we ultimately can’t stop aging and our faces will be saggy. Dolly Parton been under the knife how many times still looks old. It’s okay to be 50.
