Hi great video. One remaining question from me, what device do you recommend to work with my data sim card so I can monitor the vehicle while it is off. Obviously I could leave someone's phone inside as a mobile hotspot, but that is not ideal. I know Blackvue has a "LTE" Module you can buy but I don't think you guys have an equivalent module. Would that Blackvue module also work with this or is there a 3rd party version you recommend. I am ready to buy but just need to figure out this last part! Thanks!

Try as my supplier or I might, can not for the life of us get this Q1000 to connect to my Samsung Note 8. Constantly spirals around asking for a firmware update, even tried another Q1000 and same thing. Never gets past the Blue LED.

Ive tried COUNTLESS TIMES with my Samsung galaxy S20+ AND everytime I scan the barcode or enter manually, keeps saying on the screen to CHECK THE CERTIFICATION NUMBER AND TRY AGAIN??????
I am successfully connected to the internet (flashing orange wifi light). I've tried scanning the box, barcode on front camera, registering via MAC, and manually typing it.. NOTHING WILL WORK

Hi! We're sorry to hear that you are having issues registering your dashcam. Please note that the smartphone used to set up the Internet connection on the dash cam cannot also be used as a mobile hotspot for the dash cam. A different hotspot device/smartphone is required. I tried to connect with S10+ but nothing. Also, with S8+. Nothing. Thinkware told me the same, that an update is coming soon but that was over a year ago. I can't connect to the cloud or view video from my phone remotely. Only when inside the car connected to the camera's Wi-Fi. Smh.
