good for old bikes, with abs (like in the RSV4) you should better connect a diagnostic tool for bleeding the abs pump too, otherwise that little amount of fluid will not be changed.
On most systems if you never let the the system run dry you can just pump the lever normally, without closing the bleeder in-between cycles. Once you have clean fluid in the ststem hold the lever down and close the valve. Sounds crazy but I have bled hundreds of systems this way and never had to bleed any air of the system. Unless you forget and let the reservoir run dry. Air will not come in through the bleeder. I used to do it the way he showed and another tech showed me the expedient method, I never did it the old way again. I was very skeptical. It works.
When you let go of the lever the piston returns and creates a vacuum drawing air in you can see it in the tube sucking the bubbles back in if you don’t close the bleeder…
Love these shorts. I used to just do shit like I did for my dirtbikes, but now that I’m going fast I feel the need to do everything properly for my safety. I’ve learned a lot out of these shorts. Especially the front wheel alignment one.
Don’t need to tight it by end if you put some liquid into the container where the old one is going, just enough to cover the hose.. so once you pump it no air will get in and it will keep blowing the old liquid out
I know it's not much more difficult on a car but people act like servicing a motorcycle is supposed to be difficult or expensive. It took you less than five minutes to flush the brake system. The difference is he could do it by himself whereas on a car you would need technique, a tool, or two people. My point is I prefer motorcycles over cars for simplicity and cheapness of maintenance. I'm still extremely bitter I can't afford to get a motorcycle since I can't finance one and I've never had more than $1,500 in my bank before.
If your brakes where bleed when you started, why is there a need to bleed at the master cyl.? There isn't. That bleeder is for when you install a new master cyl. When you bleed at the caliper and you push fluid out through the caliper, the WHOLE system on that master is bled. It wouldn't have worked at all before if the master needed bled. Doesn't hurt anything as long as you do it right, but shouldn't be necessary.
Hard part for me is getting the screws from master cylinder out without slipping them in small cc bikes a mere 200 cc bikes they are tightened like a swing arm bolt and hard to remove
Ive been having issues lately. Ill pull the brake lever and itll be nice and firm and then ill start riding and ill lose almost all pressure and to get it back ill pump the lever and will have pressure for about 10 seconds or so and back to almost nothing. Ive flushed and bleed them countless times. I have new lines coming in the mail but im starting to think the master cylinder is failing.
Torque down the break nut with 1/16th once wrench to 380/16th or 20 ft lbs. Count the links make sure its an even number for metalurgy compound moto gp specs. Comb hair with three flowers. Helmet smells like vasaline butt wipes in the sun.
That's way harder than grabbing a sock off of the floor
Let somebody else pick the sock for you
🤣🤣🤣
😅😅😅@@amansingh2652
You’re supposed to clean after?
I just pretend nothing happened after i do my buisness
@@ardwivedi16 "It was like that when I got here"
Give a splash of water to diffuse acidic break fluid residue... works well enough
Yes you need to clean up after yourself. Don’t know why this is so hard for people but that’s why the world is as dirty as it is
Clearly adobo has done this a million times, he didn't spill a drop.
Thanks, Planning to do it soon on my Honda CB unicorn
I was expecting any of the first part. Definitely caught me off guard
Yo I did not expect that first line😂😂
💀💀💀

i usually suck the hose with my mouth, that's my 5 years of lifespan gone.
Are you talking about the brake fluid hose or "your own" hose?
This man is unhinged and I love it🤣
Showering the bike didn't help much but it certainly helped me 😊

Okay but cleaning up after busting off aint easy 😭

😂 you’re point blank awesome, best open ever!! 😂❤❤❤❤❤❤
Nice. Just had the motorcycle repair shop do this on my Ninja. BTW: The first Pho restaurant I ate at in San Jose was called "Pho Kim Long". :)
You take care of your vehicals by the manufacturers book to keep it alive as long as possible
Damn that intro caught me off guard🤣
Your alive!
I’ll be back soon. Just need a nap 😂
An honest man. What a rare sight.
As I scrolled all I heard was “after you jerk o-“ and immediately knew I needed to watch it
Bro what about reverse bleeding ?
One way bleeder valves. Big time game changer
The best talaga yung motor mo, naka V4 engine.
I love this unfiltered language
I thought he's being sarcastic and found him funny, but he's legit frustrated

basically doin this right now 😂 Thank you
I wish you had a kawasaki bro

Bruh that was a good one adobo😂😂😂
Where you get the pump from?
Nah I knew you was capping on how easy it is, cuz it's a Hassel to clean up the mess 😭
This dude is great 😂😂😂😂
Bro did not hold back 😂
I wish cars were this easy lmfao
Same idea

Thank you 😂
As easy actuating ABS punp also Just to make right brake fluid flush
Noice
Where do you get those clear hoses?
That's a lot easier than cleaning the ceiling
What the pho?! Super easy, thanks!
Damn that caught me off guard
How often that has to be done ? Guessing once a year ?
Clean up after a nut is just one step, this is like.. more than two.
in an estimate how often or how many kms once is this required
Depends how much…
my reservoir is empty) brakes work, but kinda scared, gonna run and get some dot quatro!
What happened? I bought a bike a couple days ago and rode it home 140 miles… came home to find out the reservoir was empty
Cleaning after?
Like what happens if we dry out the reservoir first then pour the fluid🤔
FYI brake fluid eats paint. Dont do ANYTHiNG this guy is telling you untill you cover all below the workspace with towels and plastic bags.
No the cleanup is way easier!
You can also buy a cheap hose with a valve inside so you don't have to tighten the nut over and over
Where?

for those lazy fcks like me.. you can just remove the bleed nipple on your caliper and let gravity do the work just dont let the reservoir go empty
Gixxer bois don't need to cleanup as they recycle that protein by 🤤😋
How often is it supposed to be done?
Damn you, my mother is beside me!😡😡😡
😂😂😂 great ending
What size is the tube
Gsxr riders weren’t violated in this video
You talk tough boy, think you can back it up😊
Wait, so when do you bleed it from the bleed nipple which is on the calipers?
Is the bleeder nut the same size on all sport bikes?
you forgot the few minutes of existential crisis before cleaning up
Depends
There's no Pho place close by
Can I just dump the old brake fluid on the ground, probably end up running into the sewer, that's okay right?
even better bro
Adobo moto’s sarcasm is unmatched
For the record, brake fluid is incredibly bad for the environment and your paint. Don't do this!
/Wooosh
i thought we should start from the furthest calliper, and the radial pump last? correct me if I am wrong
what’s a torque?
U guys are cleaning after? 👀
What happens if it goes empty
How high do you fill it I bought a new bike and it’s slightly above the middle
Hey man I have kawasaki z900 and my rear break feels very weak is that normal??
🥶
no Gsxr hate ... I feel robbed!!!
Thought it was front left cal, front right cal, then the master?
I'm sofaking wetaded
Unless you have link brakes.
why you gotta say it like that I got max volume and I am near on my sister as you said that bro 💀
Clean up?
Wait! Where’s the Gsxr comment! 🤣
Are V4 engine coastly to maintain.
Not really. Easy to work on yourself.
Is there an option to save shorts for later…
If u give this a like it will be saved in your liked Playlist. That's the only one I guess.
Speed bleeders all the way.
My local shop gave me 5.1 for my bike would that still be safe to bleed the system with
5.1 fluid is safe to use with any DOT 4 certified parts.
Don´t confuse it with DOT 5.0 though
Man I don't think drinking break fluid is a great idea
I use a baby syringe to empty the resivior (yes, it's ok to let the system go dry. You're bleeding the system).
Y'all clean up?
Bro my dad was right next to me
I reverse flush
You sir severly underestimate my mess. 😆
I'm not gonna drink my brake fluid
On my gsxr the brake fluid is made to last forever
bro I can't drink Dot 4 though
I thought the motorcycle needs to be level!!!???!!
Speed bleedersssssss
Unless you got Honda combined abs system, then your f***ed :D
Well that’s never getting done
I hate when you get it on your hand and miss the sock and it goes everywhere.... *cough the brake fluid I mean...
now ur Spyiin ! on me u fuckin MORAN!😂
Pumping the pedal or lever until it gets stiff just creates you more problems. Don't pump, just gently apply. The back and forth just foams the fluid.
