    *Best advice you will ever read:* She's not joking when she says that if you do a hiit full body cardio first then results are impressingly fast. Usually, I see noticeable results in a month -with her cardio hiits mixed plus the section I wanna burn, I got noticeable results in a week, sometimes it takes me only a few days.
    By the way, guys, also it is because I follow up some other selfcare basics such as keeping hydrated, avoiding stress and, I could not call it a completely healthy diet since my family's eating habits ain't no good, but at least I make sure I eat something healty during the day (i.e., some days I eat oatmeal cookies and protein shake for lunch), and SLEEP 8 HOURS, sleeping enough is the key, I mean it. Other things that work for me are:
    - No drinking while eating. I can drink half an hour before, and five minutes after.
    - Eat enough to stop hunger, enough to feel you could keep eating if you wanted to. (But don't).
    - If you know how your metabolism works, you can estimate how long you will wait to eat the next snack.
    - SMALL snacks make a HUGE difference in your progress.
    - Don't work out the same muscle/section daily.
    *Hack:* If you're not allowed to eat when you're hungry because you are at school/work, then you can make yourself a healthy shake and drink a little every time it's snack time, remember to distribute it well so you can last the labour hours without skipping snacks. Rules cannot stop you from drinking water, neither from a healthy shake.

      ​@@umialiyah496 Drinking while eating can affect your digestion by diluting the acid your stomach used to break down food. This can prevent your body from absorbing nutrients properly and lead to bloating and keep you from getting a flat stomach. For me personally I have digestive troubles and get bloated really easily, however if you normally drink water when eating and don't have any problems you should be fine! :)

      @@yasminetrann4909 as I know if you keep working on targeted place everyday, it will get used to it and won't give a significant impact anymore. that's why you need to do different workout on the next day

    I’m in love with her ab workouts. I’ followed her ab workouts for about 30~40 minutes every night before I go to bed for 2 weeks and my waist became smaller! Before 2 weeks my waist was 28.5 inch and now it’s 25.5 inch!! This encourages me to burn my belly fat and make my ab muscles more.

      Morgan Lexi In the first week I didn’t do any cardio and I did only ab workouts for about 30 minutes everyday. In that week I lost 2 inches. And in the second week I added 30 minutes cardio by her. And now my waist is 25 inch. In addition, I ate salads or fruits for breakfast and dinner everyday except the day when I have dinner time with my family or friends.

    i literally can do this workout 3x a week and in just ONE WEEK my abs look so sculpted and defined (mind yall i got a layer of fat over them, too!) most effective ab workout ive ever done and ive done sooo many but this one is def my fave

    I've been doing this workout at least once a week (I try to do more when I can) and I have really been seeing the results! I didn't have a very strong core and no visible abs and now after about 4 months I have good core strength and 2 abs (another set is forming) I feel really good about myself! If you do this workout don't get mad at yourself if you have to stop, it's hard and you're beautiful the way you are!

    Great workout! The thing that stresses me the most is the fact that my house doesn’t have enough space for me to workout anywhere, my fam keeps bothering, and I din’t have a yoga mat.
    Oh how I WISH I can burn my house down.

      Form is SUPER important. It's hard i know! Your abs have to do the work, not your neck. Try doing a modified, less intense version for the exercises, over time you'll get stronger!

    Day 1 : Wow, really harder than other Chloe Ting workouts! I just finished the first round and after some rest, it really makes me feel good. It sure is making me drink my water more! Round 2 completed. I am not giving up. Round 3 completed. Kind of dying but see you tomorrow. I know I’ll sleep well tonight.
    Day 2: I am so sore from yesterday, especially in the legs and in the back. I have a headache and I truly hope those videos are going to be easier than yesterday’s ones. Here we go! First video done! My wrists are hurting but it was not so bad. Up to the next! Second video done too! I should pause less…
    Day 3: Active rest day. I was really sore so this rest day felt like a blessing!
    Day 4: Wow, I’m still there! Legs and abs today. I’m pretty good at legs so I will try not take pauses! Let’s go! Btw pretty proud of myself for working out in the morning! First video done, not to bad but I feel a little dizzy. I’ll eat before the next one. Second video done! I sure did better than last time and it burnt more (maybe because of my sore muscles).
    Progress pictures and measurements: I already see progress. I look slightly slimmer! Which is not necessarily my goal but my goal is to be healthier and I know that by sticking to this routine I will attain it. Lost half an inch in my waist!
    Day 5: First video done! It was okay. I’m apprehending the arms one… It was so hard last time! Second video: It’s so hard!!! Done! Message: Don’t give up!
    Day 6: I’m only at the first video and its so hard! I have no cardio haha. At least I’m not so sore from yesterday. Done! Two more videos to do. Second video is as bad. Dying here too. Hard as hell but done! One more. I’m done! I really feel like I am getting better at this. I did today’s session before my ten hour shift so daily reminder to not make excuses! You can do this.
    Day 7: Active rest day. I walked and dance. My legs are sored I hope it gets better for tomorrow.
    Day 8: I’m on my period, but NO EXCUSES. Definitely was easier than last time but still really hard! One more video to do. Done. Took some pics and measurements: no big changes but I am so much more tone and stronger!
    Day 9: It’s 22:28 but no excuses! I’m done with the first and did half of the second. I’ll have to finish tomorrow mornings because its late and there are jumps…
    Day 10: Active rest day. Finishing yesterday’s workout. Done! That was okay but I would have like to finish it all yesterday. Tomorrow will be a new opportunity to get it all done at once.
    Day 11: First video: Hard AF! But done!
    Day 12: Had to finish the last exercise of yesterday today…

    Hey I am going to start doing these kind of workouts from now on! I recently started running too. I try to run 3/4 times a week. 2 hiit workouts/full bodyworkouts a week and 3 or more workouts for abs, legs or arms. And also trying to eat as clean as possible. I’ll keep you guys updated 💜💜💜

      i just did this but I feel like i did something wrong bc my abs arent burning but im sweating so much lol. I couldnt finish most exercises tho. They were burning when i was doing them but now im done im just sweating?

      thought i should update yall. even tho im pretty sure nobodys reading my comment, it kinda motivates me to do this. anyways, I didnt feel good and had 0 motivation. My eyes and stomach hurt kinda bad but i decided to workout anyway!! I did a full body workout (4 sets) and after that I sweat so much but it felt good and my stomach and eyes dont hurt anymore so thats greaaat. I didnt eat too good today but its friday so i dont really care lol oh and also one hour horseriding

      today I ran 1.8 km 8:58 min. it sucked bc it rained so much and there was also a lot of wind buuut i did it . i didnt eat healthy today again lmao so i wouldnt be surprised if i dont get any results anytime soon but ye thats life i will be starting on eating healthy monday 😂

      i just did a hiit workout and ugh ihated it but it was only 20 minutes suffering so its ok i guess but after that i went downstairs (i was wearing shorts because i felt really warm) and. my dad wanted to go upstairs but he stared at me and asked why i was wearing shorts and if i was going to the gym and i am insecure about my legs or body in general. I felt so uncomfortable and ugly that I ran up stairs and started crying in my room and that takes us to the present. im kinda unmotivated btw

    First video done! Second done! Wait… So you’re telling me I got to do this one again… :=(
    Day 13: Argh I didn’t had time to do the last video of yesterday so that leaves me 3 videos for today. I can do it! I’m done with yesterday. Full body now! Done! I really feel like I’m getting better at this! Done with the last exercise! Yeah!!
    Took some new measurements: I’ve lost a few inches everywhere and lost about 3 pounds since the beginning of this challenge! Results are showing, but you have to stay consistent, and not give up!
    Day 14: Active rest day. Took a 30-minute walk with my sister.
    Week 3:
    Day 15: Back at it again. At least there is only one video for today. This workout is so hard what the heck. Okay, done. This was hard as heck! Ouff! Ain’t got no cardio but this program challenges me.
    Day 16: Wow! I’m still there! First workout here we go! First done! It gets easier. Second exercise wasn’t too hard. One last! Don! It got easier too!
    Day 17: Active rest day.
    Day 18: LEG DAY!!! Wow my favourite! I would have like more booty and leg exercises on this program… I think my next program will be 35 days booty challenge. First video done! (measurements) Challenging but not too hard. Okay! Second one was really hard ouf!
    Day 19: Okay! Done with the first video, three more to go! Second video: Done and hard as always. Third video: done! This was challenging.
    Day 20: I had to finish the fourth exercise of yesterday today. It was okay a great burn. Now full body! Done! This was hard… Last video done! I will take some measurements later.
    Measurement results: I can’t believe I am still losing inches! Watching yourself get your ideal body is so satisfying! I am suppose to get a breast reduction surgery in the up coming year but at this point I’m not even sure I will need it anymore. Thank you Chloe xox
    Day 21: Active rest day!
    Week 4:
    Day 22: This first one was pretty hard. I had to pause a lot. Now I just want to get the second one done. Okay this was hard but I’ve done it even if I wasn’t so motivated anymore. Proud of me.
    Day 23: First is done. I don’t want to do arms again but here we go. Second time done. It was harder this time. Okay, I’m done for the day. See you tomorrow comment section.
    Day 24: I’m done with the legs. I pushed myself and it made it harder. Now its abs time.
    Day 25: Active rest day. I had to finish the last 5 minutes of yesterday’s workout today.

    Day 46: Full body done! I will do abs after work 😊I just got back from work and did this workout. I was tired from my day so it was hard to do the moves but I did it!

    I LOVE YOUR WORKOUTS!! they are my favorite. I am subscribed to literally 2-3 other fitness people but none of them are as effective and amazing as your workouts. Please keep going with these fitness videos

    I’ve been working out this routine together with the no jumping cardio workout for more than a month at least forth times weekly, and the result is absolutely amazing, I sweat lots after the cardio and this abs workout just helps to burn much more. I do enjoy the workouts and hope to see the definition in few months later. Thank you Chloe, you’re really my inspirational target 💕
