    Don’t lie.. that was definitely a flier lol... every video I’ve seen on this gun shows that fliers are very common. Also 3 shot groups are a joke. This gun is going to be worthless unless the stock is replaced for something heavier and it’s glass bedded.

    I have a savage bmag and love that lil gun it shoots alright for the barrel touching the left side of the stock

    Put my B-Mag Heavy in a Boyds stock and epoxy bedded it. Really made a difference! Keeps those 1/2" at 100 yds consistent. Also have a Switchback 22 on the way for a sweet sound.

      I did the same with mine. It is the most accurate gun that I own now. The laminated thumbhole stock and bedding really does the trick. I'm getting an honest 3000 fps from the 20 grain.

    At 3:24 you compare to the 17hmr "with a 17 grain bullet" when in your inserted diagram shows it with a 20 grain bullet! At 6:41 you say you were "standing" when clearly in the video you were on a car hood (think bench) with sand bag rests. Did I miss something? At 6:47 you are measuring (0.760") on an angle to the "flyer" hole showing a smaller measurement than what it really is. : (

    Here im just wondering why he didn't take the stickers off the gun??

    Thanks JAMES , just what I was looking for. I shoot off a bipod and rifle does bounce, will get a bag and move it back further. maybe that is why im inconsistent, plus different shooting positions each time.

    Very interesting to say the least. Question. Have you tried the CMMG .22lr conversion kit in your AR15 5.56? Have you done any Ammo Testing for accuracy? You're such a good shot you conclusion would have weight. Thanks again from a fellow Hoosier.

    • @STKO2011
      @STKO2011  Před 4 lety

      Thanks! I have not had any experience with 22lr conversion

      @@STKO2011 You should contact CMMG directly and have them send you a test unit. You are the perfect reviewer for their product. I bet they will fix you up! I just bought mine and have only about 200 rounds through it. It works flawlessly. The twist rate in my 5.56 is 7/1 where as a normal .22lr is 16/1. Plus the barrel diameter is not .22 but .223 so it's like shooting peas out of a straw. That's why the brand/type of ammo is so important or maybe not..... Do a search on .22 plinkster's channel. He did one many years ago. I think you'll enjoy the concept. Keep up the good work! You are very entertaining,

      @@ctsteve1967 why would you say this? Don't you think it's important to practice with your AR15 5.56 so you become more skilled? Your using the same trigger with the same sites/optics that fits you the same with ammo that cost 1/10th the cost. In other words 10 times the practice on your go to weapon makes good sense to me. In fact I would say it's common sense. Don't you?

      I’ve read where Winchester makes all 17 WSM ammo. Hornady and Federal just rebrand it.
