Hi, nice Jeep.
On my 2011 Wrangler JK ... with the steering wheel on the correct side LOL .... the screws in the handle and bottom of the panel are T20 or 25, (its been a while) and so others watching should be aware it may frustrate you thinking you are stripping those phillips head screws, but its just a different head.
Get a good light in there and double check.

That's a good example. Great job. I'm looking for the switch in the door that when you open the door the dome light comes on. Mine only works intermittently on my 07 sahara.

Hi there, thanks for the comment, good question, if there is not something obvious in the door jamb itself then it will use the locking mechanism. It would be worth giving it a good clean by degreasing it and then re-applying grease as grit or dirt could have got into the micro switch first. Ross
