Hello everyone!
Does anyone watching today have a summer birthday? If you do have a birthday during the summer what do you usually do to celebrate? I'm hoping each an everyone one of you watching today is having a great week.
I'm going to try to head to Europe next week if I am allowed to hopefully see my family, my friends from home, and rent my apartment in Amsterdam since I am never there anymore. I have no idea what the next year is going to look like and since I don't think I'll be in Europe it makes sense to do this! If anyone knows someone looking for a place to rent in AMS comment down below and if it's still available maybe they can take a look!
I hope you guys enjoy this video! I've been feeling a little low in energy these past few months, stressed, sleepless nights, and I think the pressure of needing to do "more, more, more" is getting to me. I'm trying to work on myself and figure out why I have been fighting anxiety so I'll keep you guys updated on what I'm doing and how I'm feeling (if you are interested).

I did not have good results from Function of Beauty. It was very pricey and it was more drying on my hair than a lot of very cheap drugstore shampoo. It made my hair very brittle and I started to see quite a bit of breakage. For the same price you can buy some really decent brands, and in my opinion one should just do that. But if it works you do you

Mine is next monday! I'm a summer baby and I would take the heat over any cold weather. I'm from NYC and i can relate how you're feeling a bit off and anxious lately. I'm laid off and the govt isn't committing much help out the working class. Everyone is struggling, so it's not a solitary effort. Be gentle with yourself and acknowledge the blessings of things we still have and to hopeful and take care of yourself. NYC misses you, Sanne. :)

Hii Sanne! I'm from Barcelona and i've been using the Function shampoo and conditoner during the past two weeks and the results are amazing!! The first time you wash your hair with the products you can see the difference. Also my birthday was last week and i spent it with my friends and family and it was more than enough to be happy. I am supposed to start graduate school in London in September and am trying to figure that out now so I 100% agree with feeling stressed and anxious. It’s hard to do more when you can only do so much! But you’re doing amazing, don’t be hard on yourself :)
Same for me! I am really anxious as I am still expecting my acceptance for masters in Berlin... because of Corona, international students are supposed to know something as late as September when it starts in October... so nervous as well 😭

I'm an August baby :) I was always so lucky to spend my day surrounded by family when I was growing up! Now, I normally spend it in the sun, drinking coffee, and relaxing.
Good luck traveling to AMS- I'm currently in Ireland (US born and raised) and I was going to try going home in the next few weeks as well...not sure how that will play out lol but safe travels to you Sanne!

Hi Sanne! For home decor try HD Buttercup in Culver City, Pampa near Fairfax/Beverly, and there's a bunch of furniture places in WeHo near the design center. Also MUJI in Santa Monica has some fun organizers and little ceramics. There's also a place called Amsterdam Modern in Echo Park I've been meaning to check out!
