@H. S. L. it's more than just a "c'mon". Axel is genuinely invested in EVERY set and rep that Chris and Iain perform, pushing them and making sure that they have nothing left in the tank, so when they're up on that Olympia stage, they can wholeheartedly say that they've applied themselves to the task at hand and gave it their all. Now, if that doesn't make Axel a great hypeman/training partner, then I don't know what does.

@@A1_Amir it’s a momentum thing. You just have to make a commitment and stick to it. And give yourself cheat days. We’re not all cbum and most of us are doing it to be healthier/look better. But starting out, get rid of all junk food and do a big healthy grocery run. Once you start seeing progress it feels good and makes it easier

Every time you are questioning whether you want to do one more rep just remember that extra is what is the difference between the winner and all the rest. Publix is my favorite grocery chain definitely a must if you are living in Florida.
