they really look nice. But why exactly does a wallpaper now need to be a subscription? Seriously, this is beyond unnecessary and anti-consumer. Sure thing if I want to enjoy the regular updates, but for the love of god, offer a perpetual license for anyone else.
The subscription helps fund the development of our app, as well as pay for the designers and the 2 new packs each week. This is a more predictable and consistent income stream than individual purchases.
We are also considering letting users buy individual packs though.
And of course, if someone wants to remain a free user, they can. They get 1 free wallpaper per pack in 8K + cloud sync + favourites tab and a lot of other features.

I dropped owning a cell phone altogether for 2 years between the iPhone SE (gen 1) and the 12 mini. I’m with you. I just don’t want to carry something big in my pocket.

I think the 48mp sensor inside the SE4 makes a lot of sense because then they can go with the "2 cameras in 1" marketing gimmick, as in the 2x crop mode.

The problem is that this size limits drastically the size of the battery. That was the weakness of my 13 mini.
@@reggiebuffatYou should consider getting a magsafe battery bank. My dad has the 13 mini and i bought an anker magsafe battery bank for him and he has been happy ever since. He says it provides a grip to hold on the phone too
@@DankAlien2580weight comes into play . Also mini users tend to have smaller hands and value it’s small size . Adding a bank would make the effective hand grip area larger

If it’s lighter and doesn’t deform a suit when you put it in the inside pocket, I would buy that ahead of a Pro, regardless of price. iPhones have got a bit bloated, probably since the 11. The XS and XR form factors were excellent.

Yeah I’m looking forward to the next SE, lately I have been getting that model of phone, I had the 1st and currently using the SE2, but didn’t make it to the SE3 so might just skip it and wait for the SE4. Each time the SE model has been impressive and always a nice upgrade from what I had before at a reasonable price :)

To me the smaller chassis of SE 3 and how it feels in the hand was the reason I got it over 13 mini but having a bigger display (especially an oled one) wouldn’t hurt

Back in 2021, i remember getting my first iPhone, which was the iPhone SE 2nd gen. It was pretty nice, it ran very well as it had the most powerful chip at the time (or 2nd most. I mean by Iphone chips, not all mobile chips). But I had a few issues with, the 2 biggest being that the phone was very small, and it got very hot.. very hot...
I switched back to android after a month (S20 FE 5g), but I want to try iPhone out again soon, this time with a bigger display at least.
other thing with the se having a home button was a great way for older people to have an iphone, no way my mums gonna be able to use one without the home button
I would like to try an iPhone but having to put your bank details in to be able to download any apps has always soured me on apple can someone explain why they do this.

I'm really debating wether I should buy the iPhone SE, my iPhone 14 pro is too heavy. Having three cameras is too much for me. I never use them. One camera is more than fine.
I will only miss the new notch but I'm sure I will get over it.
The 15 Pro is much lighter + the regular 12. There is a new one, and it is the lightest device with a size of 6.1
I prefer a sub 6inch screen. My 13mini is perfect, they should have a smaller phone option for people that prefer the smaller form factor. I have just replaced the battery on my min8 so should be good for another 2 years for the minimum, I will keep it going for now.

@@DysonLifestyleTech youre too kind of a person, I like that. But the design compromise was done so the face ID could be as good as it is. In the next 1 or 2 models, it will vanish and wont be an issue anymore. Im glad they finally went to usb-c though

I owned both the first generation and 2nd generation se and after having the 2nd generation for 3 years I was done with it. I would never get another se to be honest.
I left apple back in 2019 for the S10e and I luv it. The only way I'd switch back would be a fingerprint sensor. Since I'm in the minority I don't see that happening!

The best thing about the SE series is their small size. If they enlarge it then I won't buy any new model until a mini version is available again.
The target for this phone is definitely elder people. It's elegant and looks clean and premium but it's still simple with that only camera, regular screen, minimalist design and modest colors. Elder people don't want it too complicated. They just want their phone to look elegant and sober with a good camera and that's it.
It's defo not their target, no phone companies target is a demographic that most likely won't buy their products
The release date of the iphone SE series is not correct as indicated from 6.30.
Interesting how the difference between Samsung offer of 30 and apples of 20 might cost them a couple of millions but doesn’t have that much impact overall in terms of profit but they’re persistent to push 20 even though they charge customers extremely high prices 2-3x what it cost them to make
why not just allow people to choose what type of function for the mute or camera button? Then they could go ahead and use which ever button until they run out of them and onto the new switch's on the new 16 pro or 17 etc.
