Great job we have same issue with well water in my area. Might be a good idea to invest in an Milwaukee M18 Fuel high torque impact if you guys change a lot out. That is what we use with an impact socket it will take the really stubborn ones out of the old heaters as well. Nice job as always keep the great work up !

Highly recommend Electronic anode rod. 10-1/2 years so far on water heater Rheem 50gal power vent. I flush the tank annually.

Those impacts are too small for some jobs….1/2” one would whip it right out
Looks like we need to upgrade to the 1/2" impact for those tough jobs!
Get a half inch driver to remove anode. Works like a charm.

The Junk Hot Water Heaters have Plastic Shut Off Valves at the Bottom of Tanks which Break Off if you ever try to Open it after several years of non-use. 🤪👎
You only get the plastic shut off valves if you buy from a big box store like Lowe’s or Home Depot
