    Whoever takes the calls and sets up the appointments needs to be clear with the customers on what charges per unit initially will be...This way the techs time is not wasted if they decline because they were not told..
    Just a thought....

    At 20:00 there appears to be missing an air filter? Better to catch the dirt particles on the air filter, than to collect it on the inside ductwork, no?

    You’re prices are reality. Over here in southern AZ, alot of the residential companies are all about the “$29 50 point inspection tune ups”. It’s hard to compete with that. People are cheap are here too

      in reality what are they actually doing. You're literally paying those people $29 to come into your home and sell you a system or expensive repair you don't need. I've worked for companies that do that and all the do is visual checks and a lot of times dont even clean the coils. It's a scam.

    • @Josh-px6xb

      Ours charges 600, it's alot of labor involved, some old Carrier furnaces you gotta remove the entire flu assembly to get to motor, I charge extra for those.

    • @CarlosCandamil-et8jd
      @CarlosCandamil-et8jd Před měsícem

      @@MindzEnt exactly. Not a lot of furnaces here in central FL, but pulling and cleaning a blower wheel involves the same process as replacing a motor pretty much.

    • @eastsidepyro2685
      @eastsidepyro2685 Před měsícem +1

      How is that ridiculous? That's actually really fair. Here in Cali we charge 249$ per maintenance but wave the service fee of 69$
      It's all on how you price things and don't forget even the smallest company's like the one I run cost minimum 5k a month just on advertising and alot more overhead. Either your from the suburbs or work for free but some ppl charge alot more than us

    • @gomerhondo7249

    • @tuffram2165
      @tuffram2165 Před měsícem +2

      @gomerhondo7249 exactly 💯. The trip charge imo is to show up at the address. Then it's hourly for whatever you do after that. 1 system or 6 systems. Not 6 $115.00 trip change for 6 systems at the same address.

      There is a definition of being a professional and being a hack at the end of the day you get what you pay for if you want to have a hack, maintain your equipment. It’s gonna look like shit at the end of the day if you hire a professional we’re gonna leave no stone unturned I’d rather be the professional, leaving no stone, unturned and earning a professional salary.
