You guys go above and beyond. I dont like disconnecting old equipment we didnt install and becoming responsible for any problems. Lots fo customers in our area call for service when the equipment is not working.
Our signature service is leaving no stone unturned doing a maintenance service call
They also didn’t cut the shaft on that rescue motor 😂 Hacks bring Mikey stacks baby
very nice cleanings and maintenance.
Thanks a lot
Nice work 😊
Thank you! Cheers!
The Heat is ON down in Sunny Florida. Just ask Johnny “Sunshine” ☀️ Phillips in Sarasota, FL.😬👍
We love, Mr. Sunshine
Make the trades great again Mikey Pipes. #LoveBosch Smash that Like and Subscribe folks.
Thank you very much, Scott
Nice job.. although you did not show I’m assuming the coil was clean on air handler. 😊
Next time
That shaft was well cleaned...ohhhhhh😉
Yes it was
Upstairs control board Y signal was wired to Y1 and should be on Y/Y2 for proper blower operation. Super common error
You are correct
This is how you do it. You sound like you’re from my neck of the woods but you are in Florida.
:)
I didn’t know I can do that with the app. Learn something new.
;)

Whoever takes the calls and sets up the appointments needs to be clear with the customers on what charges per unit initially will be...This way the techs time is not wasted if they decline because they were not told..
Just a thought....
Nice thorough service!
I agree
do you ever put vinegar down the drain line or just hot water?
Hot water and a chemical
At 20:00 there appears to be missing an air filter? Better to catch the dirt particles on the air filter, than to collect it on the inside ductwork, no?
It’s at the air handler
You’re prices are reality. Over here in southern AZ, alot of the residential companies are all about the “$29 50 point inspection tune ups”. It’s hard to compete with that. People are cheap are here too
Thanks for sharing your feedback
in reality what are they actually doing. You're literally paying those people $29 to come into your home and sell you a system or expensive repair you don't need. I've worked for companies that do that and all the do is visual checks and a lot of times dont even clean the coils. It's a scam.
@@EP1CNELSON exactly!! But people fall for it . They will choose that over a transparent $100+ maintenance with coil cleaning
What was the app you used to scan the furnace?
CE app
What is the hvac tech school app, i looked for it in the play store and couldn't find it.
It’s called HVAC tech school
I just moved to Florida to become a branch manager at the HVAC company I work for. What area do you service?? I'm primarily in the Windermere area!
Us too
@@MikeyPipesOrlando I'll be sure to say hello if I ever catch you out on the streets! haha
@@namskramskram6009 hows service calls? business? residential, commercial?
The company I work for charges $300 for pulling and cleaning a blower wheel. Here in the Orlando area
Wow! We need to raise our prices!
@@MikeyPipesOrlando yes, definitely. There's NOTHING my company will do for $60 lol
Ours charges 600, it's alot of labor involved, some old Carrier furnaces you gotta remove the entire flu assembly to get to motor, I charge extra for those.
@@MindzEnt exactly. Not a lot of furnaces here in central FL, but pulling and cleaning a blower wheel involves the same process as replacing a motor pretty much.

Hi
Plot twist: zip ties weren't uv rated 😂
Ouch
18:00... or until the non UV zip tie disintegrates and then gets wrapped into the fan assembly...lol
Get the stainless ones
I love indoor air quality products
Boy gotta get them estimates out right.
Absolutely
So $115.00 trip charge per system at the same address? Come on MP thats a little bit ridiculous.
How is that ridiculous? That's actually really fair. Here in Cali we charge 249$ per maintenance but wave the service fee of 69$
It's all on how you price things and don't forget even the smallest company's like the one I run cost minimum 5k a month just on advertising and alot more overhead. Either your from the suburbs or work for free but some ppl charge alot more than us
Why double trip charge. You are there so one trip was made, not 2.
@gomerhondo7249 exactly 💯. The trip charge imo is to show up at the address. Then it's hourly for whatever you do after that. 1 system or 6 systems. Not 6 $115.00 trip change for 6 systems at the same address.
I’ll get back to you on this
Guys ,try not to let the motor hit the cement
But mostly an excellent maintenance job
Well said
his leads on his volt meter too long.
Yes
Clean that shaft youngin’ bwahahahahaha
Stroke it
The dirt keeps the blower wheel in balance. Now, it is out of balance. HAaaa
Gahahaha
Not a troll just trying to understand: from my point of view either you did all that just for video or you are charging out the ass for that service.
Never Seen anyone go as far as pulling the blower and cleaning all the wires. Seems excessive.
There is a definition of being a professional and being a hack at the end of the day you get what you pay for if you want to have a hack, maintain your equipment. It’s gonna look like shit at the end of the day if you hire a professional we’re gonna leave no stone unturned I’d rather be the professional, leaving no stone, unturned and earning a professional salary.
Mikey Pipes is a yankee and wont last long here in Florida.
