guys this might sound dumb but it worked for me. when you start up your pc unplug your keyboard and mouse and it will bring you to a screen that says keyboard error, then plug them back in and boom. idk if it was just my pc that works for this but i did it and it worked
Is anyone else stuck while factory resetting their computer, I’m stuck in a loop at 64%
i tried all of those but it takes me back to the repair screen again

For newer desktop models, you can launch safe mode by pressing down shift and click the restart button. Hope this helps.
