    "Your PC Ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you'. The computer proceeds to automatically goes into the infinite restart loop mode. So here is the solution.
    This tutorial will apply for computers, laptops, desktops,and tablets running the Windows 10 operating system (Home, Professional, Enterprise, Education) from all supported hardware manufactures, like Dell, HP, Acer, Asus, Toshiba,Lenovo, and Samsung).

    guys this might sound dumb but it worked for me. when you start up your pc unplug your keyboard and mouse and it will bring you to a screen that says keyboard error, then plug them back in and boom. idk if it was just my pc that works for this but i did it and it worked

    For newer desktop models, you can launch safe mode by pressing down shift and click the restart button. Hope this helps.
