- I made a wood and metal, slim profile wallet that is completely customizable! You can change the number of bank cards, easily add a money clip, and switch wood types on a whim. This may be the PERFECT wallet and a great gift idea.

I purchased our plans. Is 1/32 on each side of the car inside the wallet enough space?
30+ years of machining and cutting threads is still cool to me. Especially doing it on a manual lathe.
I love this build! Thank you so much for sharing!!! One love to all!!!
Hi Fantastic Customizable Wood Wallet Like Your design Great VIDEO
Looks amazing definitely going to try this idea out. Thanks for sharing
The bigger one is nice just to leave in your car with a bunch of your cards in it and it’s easy to find. Cool video
I would suggest putting Lock tight on your screws, that way they will not back out.
That looks awesome, and it's well timed as I need something to hold my cards.
Beautiful work, Billy! Really well done! 😃
My issue with this kind of wallet is that, here in Brazil, we need to carry a few documents. You know? But the way you made it gave me some ideas... So, we shall see what happens. 😬
Anyway, stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Turned out pretty cool!
Incredible editing skills! 😃
Vthats is awesome. I love it. Seems pretty, even for a beginner. Thanks for the idea.
Beautiful
Cool
Those are really nice, Billy.

I would have to make one to fit 8 cards.
I bought 3/16 in thick aluminum to be able to fit 7 cards. Overall thickness is `7/16"
Why is the card not falling out?
Nice. I have old up crosscut blade that I keep to cut aluminium and brass. It’s handy, doesn’t cost me anything extra, and works great.
How about a clasp system to hold the items in place say you want to make a business card holder
Can you put in a link for the metal cutting 10" blade you used that has the same RPMs?
Aluminum is soft enough to cut on standard carbide tipped saw blades without issue since carbide is MUCH harder than aluminum. No need for special blades. Same with brass btw.
What about steel?@@Ln6Ec
If you want a blade to cut aluminum, look for a triple chip carbide blade with a 10° negative rake.
Exactly what kind of aluminum did you use? I ripped my pieces and they look like garbage and nothing like yours.
I'm surprised you didn't knock the edges down a bit. Please do a follow up video in a few months. I'm curious if you will have any pockets left in your pants. 😅 I may even subscribe. 🤫
