Burt Young is such a brilliant actor. In this scene and Once Upon A Time in America he is so articulate. From the way talks, facial expressions, hand gestures, body movement, he knows exactly what to do to make you believe in the character he is playing. He's such an underappreciated actor that should be mentioned a hell of a lot more.

I always loved this movie it cracks me up because I've been in the restaurant business for 40 years and these 2 remind me of the days we were always pulling scam's on top of working 12 hour shifts I'm 60 now can't believe I lived threw it I have always been a Dean Martin fan but when I heard Frank sign the summer wind well you know thanks for the memories

My only criticism of the movie is how silly the boss looked just sitting there in a dark room doing absolutely nothing. Would have looked more realistic and dramatic with him counting money or looking at his accounts in a book and maybe a gun nearby. Should've hired me as a director or at least an assistant director hahaha.
