Seriously. A country girl going to live with her estranged family, and wishes there were so many robots. Instead, it was wasted on a typical prom scene. I could see her getting persuaded to lighten up to the inventions for a somewhat adventure and adapting to life in this setting through misadventures and such. Phabulizers would have worked, if the main characters didn't try to lower moral instead of boosting it. And Flip Flopped probably would have been good. Kids as adults and adults as kids....Wasted potential. I saw an episode of the Berenstein Bears that did a better job with that scenario. The are gems within these shorts, but if not executed properly, they can become wasted potential.
