The great Neapolitan pizza maker Ciro Salvo, after having opened his pizzeria in Naples and London, has also recently opened in Rome, in the historic center near Termini station. His Neapolitan pizza with highly hydrated dough is really light and digestible and gives the sensation of melting in the mouth, truly fantastic.
Furthermore, the high-quality ingredients certainly make it one of the best pizzas in Rome.
The two wood-burning ovens of this pizzeria give life to an orchestra of Neapolitan pizza chefs that is more unique than rare. Congratulations to all the staff.

I am from Argentina , Now I live in USA, My Father is from South Italy , Cosenza, He had an Italian pizzeria for many years in Argentina since I was a kid to teenager, used to work like you guys in Summer , Im in tears watching this video,It makes me remember back on the days when I was working with my father that already passed away.

They probably have their secrets I am only the person who shot the video However I can tell you that this pizzeria is considered one of the best in Italy so truly we are at an incredible level you can console yourself so anyway I only know that it is a very hydrated pizza which therefore makes the process of working the dough is very delicate, you really have to be an artist😄

Per essere italiano opure italiana ed per di più Napolitano ed Napolitano , deve fare ed mangiare, non solo pastasciutta, mah, anche pizza., altrimenti, altrimenti non meriti questi nomi. Ogni Sabato oppure domeniche, dopo un settimana del lavoro, o che bello e di mangiare almeno un pizze, per di più quando guarda contenti su riso e su rise, buon perppara ione ed buon appetito.
