Thinking backwards is never a good thing in my eyes. I don't need to think about bad experiences to make me perform. I am an animal in the gym or in the ring regardless. Im glad it works for him but i consider such behaviour as being mentally weak.

There are pains in your soul that you can not even remember, but affects your life. The Holy Spirit is The Only Person Who can give your soul a surgery and thoroughly heal your soul , amend the broken heart. It is good to have physical big muscles but this is a temporal solution as it does not address the main problem which is from inside. May The Holy Spirit give us understanding.Shalom
