3:08 YES! I'm right on track then. So happy to hear Eddie promote the exact routine I started a few weeks ago. Cycle between Wide Grip Swiss Bar and Narrow Grip Straight Bar. As he says, I'm alternating between Chest and Triceps. Right now my Tri's are basically the strongest muscle in my body (after a few years of doing narrow grip bench exclusively), so to develop an optimal bench I need to focus on the chest some days, but I don't want to lose my Tricep strength, so alternating seems like the best choice. I would do everything on a straight bar but that aggravates my elbows.
Ironically I've also abandoned the seven day lifting cycle and set on five days between workouts. A few months ago I injured myself in a failed squat, but that was with "leg day" combining both DL and Squat. So now, I rotate between Squats and Deadlift every five days, so I'm doing "A Leg Workout" every five days, but it's ten days between Deadlifts or Squats, ensuring my body is really fresh for each type of lift on a given workout.
I've watched all...all your videos and I've gotta say that's the best chest and arm session I've seen you both do, it looked fucking horrible yet the pair of you have never looked stronger. Extraordinary effort gentlemen 👍👏👏

And placed top3 natural SHW powerlifter in the world 2015,16,17,18. So please know your place kid. Don't be fooled by broscience and a lifetime of drug abuse.
I’ll have to try adding bands to my routine. Since I dislocated my shoulder (not lifting) I’ve been a bit timid in pushing myself, especially in bench. Sounds like a good way to work on my core muscle stability.
