This sequence can be done by anyone, but is also perfect for the beginner yogi!

Sjana made me get uppp from my blanket in the freezing cold to this it’s the first time I’ve ever tried yoga and this is beautiful I’d repeat it tomorrow i love the way sjana connectes to people and th energy she send it’s pure and happy beautiful energy ( ps I’m laziest person ever like all i do all day is be in my bed no workout no nothing and I’m not flexible and I’m so bad at breathing in and out it was kinda difficult for me to do somethings here but it was amazing to try ) thank u sjana for ur beautiful energy and ur warm heart u are amazing and we’d love another video like this ❤️

Great queuing and direction. I always get lost when doing twisting poses...wrong hand on the wrong knee, but your direct was so easy to follow and I was able to get a nice strong stretch. This is now going to be a wonderful start to my morning. Hope Hubbie won’t mind getting kicked out of bed so I can have it to myself😃

Can you do a video on yoga with back problems. I've had a failed spinal fusion surgery back in 2005 (L4-L5) and I get a lot of cramping in my back. Doctors say I need to try and strengthen my back muscles. Sometimes just trying to stretch out my back feels so good but I have to be careful.
Yoga is amazing for back pain, my latest video is a deep stretch and has some nice postures for easing out tension if you were interested in checking it out!
Anyway you can add some meditation music in the background in future videos??🤗🤗 I feel like that would really help to get in the zen mindset💕💕
