Happy Friday my sweet loves!! I hope you enjoy the reaction! This was a real tear jerker.. Leave all other suggestions below! I love you💕✨ have a safe and amazing weekend!🤘🏽
Yeah, gets me everytime. Great reaction!
Glad it brought back some good memories for you. It touched us all the same. Thanks
czcams.com/video/I7PXH7sDuqE/video.html always always loved Koko
One of the best written and most beautiful song I have ever heard.
Do any zeppelin songs my dear thanks
I used to wonder if Led Zeppelin was the best band ever. Now I wonder if any other band is even close.
No one even knows who is in second. Like Gretzky.
No one even knows who is in second. Like Gretzky.
Geniuses.
@@williamjohnson2199 pink Floyd? Queen?
No. No other band is close.
“Upon us all, a little rain must fall.” Such a beautiful tune. What can’t Zeppelin do?
You‘re right
Make another album, sadly.
Jimmy Page filled my life as a kid. He was the reason I picked up a guitar. I learned a bunch of Zep songs and joined a band. Anyone who can appreciate the genius and the glory that is Page is alright in my book.
Right on, totally agree. My story is just about the same, except I became a drummer instead (because I was better at it than guitar).
What other band can encapsulate such heart felt emotions with such beautiful lyrics and orchestrated perfection live? There are none... this is musical magic...best left to professionals! This band can make a grown man cry with their majestic music! God bless them..ALWAYS!
Led Zeppelin were great friends. Such great friends, in fact, that when Bonham died, that was a big part of the reason that they couldn't continue. That and the fact that he was irreplaceable, of course. But at the end of the day, it was Jimmy Page that everyone in the band answered to. He lived and breathed Led Zeppelin, and still does to this day. It was his entire life, and it shows in the music he created. I always give high marks to anyone who, when presented with a Led Zeppelin song, is immediately drawn to Jimmy first. Congrats, Bre, because you did just that! You have a wonderful ear for music.
The DARK LORD playing those beautiful passages -the Mystery of the quotient = Led Zeppelin.
Jimmy Page is the perfect union of a man and his chosen instrument . the only thing he can't make that guitar do is give birth .
LOL not for lack of making love to it, he like to change it up, sometimes fast & furious & others slow sexy & easy. He needs to play guitar, like he needs to breath to live, that’s why he’s the greatest.
This song can make me euphorically happy, and sad - simultaneously. It’s very powerful.
i wish this song would last 24 hours.
There's Led Zeppelin and then there's nobody else 😂
The greatest rock ballad of all time.
This is what like in the 1970's when singers & musicians had to know how to play the instruments live and give 110%. This was what we were used to. Zeppelin would do 3-4 hour shows regularly. It's good to see younger folks getting into the most epic songs from the 70's.
Can't believe I haven't heard this live performance before. This is way better than the album version (which is already very good). The performances are flawless and it's incredibly expressive and emotional... Jimmy Page is a musical genius and Robert Plant's lyrics and vocal performance are astonishing in this song.
“The song remains the same” is a movie you can buy/rent of this entire live performance with cinematics for a lot of the songs including this one
@@NotMyProblemAnyways I know. My father actually saw that movie at the cinema about 40 years ago...
You can always tell a true Zeppelin fan by asking the question, "Which of their albums came off better live than in studio?" and getting the response, "Houses of the Holy." Great album, but the live versions of the songs they played from it - to me - are far superior to the studio versions.
The double neck guitar wasn't known until Led Zeppelin.
Page isn’t the first to own or play one, but he certainly brought to the stage. He had it made, actually to play Stairway To Heaven so he didn’t need to switch guitars in the middle of the song.
Live Zeppelin is unequalled!! Jimmy...nobody better ever!! Watch more from MSG!! Jimmy is so Damned good!!
Jimmy's guitar part in this song is so beautifully intricate that it sounds like more than one person is playing the guitar.
Led Zeppelin is a journey , sit back and enjoy... with headphones of course 🎸🎸🎸🎸
She's using beats
Always 🎧
Bill Withers is a fantastic reference. He was a religious man and he made devotional music disguised as mere love songs. Just like Led Zeppelin. The moment the guitar and bass go hard at the end of the song, you're in church. Listen closely and you can't unhear it. He's lifting you off the pew.
"Speak to me only with your eyes..." one of my favorite lyrics. It made me cry too when I first heard it. There are certain chord progressions that always envoke that emotion. Great reaction, sis!
The greatest band ever and will be led zeppelin masters of rock and roll and masters in every department
The Rain Song live is thee most beautiful song I’ve ever heard
It’s always been my most favorite Led Zeppelin song 🥰🥰🥰
Thanks for the reaction
Love Led Zeppelin. The Rain Song is my favorite love ballad of all time. I cry every time I hear it. There is a version of this where Robert Plants real wife is in the video. I hope you do more. To see them live soon after they formed the band. Danmark Studios 1969. Any of the 4 songs they did. I can provide links if needed. They are awesome from the very beginning!
Apparently, this song was Jimmy's answer to George Harrison's comment that Zeppelin "didn't do any ballads." The first 4 bars are similar to "Something" by The Beatles as an inside joke between him and Harrison.
The first four bars are similar because, as great as Zepplin was, they ripped off everybody. LOL
@@itsawonderfulknife7031 what an uninformed comment, pathetic
@@JulioLeonFandinho Half of their music was ripped off the old blues masters by jimmy page. Just do some homework.
@@itsawonderfulknife7031 Out of the 90 studio produced songs they put out, only 10 are covers or have any referenced material, far less than most of their contemporaries. All of which has been properly credited since the 80s with back proceeds given for previous album sales.
Stop believing everything you read or see on the internet.
As for this song, George Harrison was a very close friend to the band (as were the rest of the Beatles), his comment wasn’t a smear. He told Bonham he wished they would do more ballads. Page dedicated this song specifically to Harrison and the first two chords are a tribute to Harrison’s “Something”.
@@zosomoso That’s a long way to go to not change my mind. They were great musicians who copied and stole lots of things. Just ask Greta Van Fleet.
Lo más grande Zeppelin
Not a sad song, but beautiful enuf to bring tears to the eyes. This is from the movie "The Song Remains The Same" and each band member has fantasy sequences. This one is Robert's. Just the look of ecstasy on Jimmy's face as he becomes one with his guitar will make me cry tears of joy.
Led Zeppelin. Simply the greatest band ever. Gods of Classic Rock.
Everyone has a song which they think of as "their song" for life and, for me, "The Rain Song" is my song.
It echoes truthfully, the nature of who and what I am, from my soul.
All Love & Happiness! 🌹♉🌎❤✌
Hey Carl. And to think Karen freaking Carpenter once beat Bonzo in a drumming poll. Who did these polls. John Bonham and Neil Peart. All day every day
The Madison Square version is wonderful..The No Quarter Page and Plant version is too. Have a nice weekend 🥰👍
Yes please
Yeah that’s what power vocals sound like. So glad I grew up in the 70’s.
Tis the summer of my spiral! The second season of the fall. You spring to me with your eyes! Winter comes from coast to cost.
One of my favorite LZ songs- makes me cry too. Just because it's so beautiful and Yes Jimmy Page is amazing - they all are the best - John Paul Jones is so good on the bass but you have to listen hard sometimes to know how great he is. I appreciate that you appreciate the fabulous band.
Best Rock N' Roll EVER!!!!
if you're looking for the same sort of tear jerker from Zeppelin I'd highly recommend you check out their song ten years gone.
Also. A lesser known to the public but not to zeppelin fans is
BABE COME ON HOME..
you have to react to that one. Plants voice is amazing. It’s gospel and soul mixed into one song.
BREE.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SONG..!!
Clondyke Productions still cry EVERY time I hear it it’s so beautiful
YES!
Yes!!!!
Ladies and gentlemen..on the guitar..Mr.James Patrick Page.
I read a synopsis of this song once. In it, the author misunderstood a single lyric. He used to think it was "I felt the coldness of the winter/I never thought, YOU would ever go."
Leading him to think the song was about lost love or divorce. Then when he found out it was " IT would ever go" that changed not just that lyric, but the entire song. Now the song is about getting through the troubled times.
Amazing how just a single word can do that.
I’ve been listening to Zeppelin tonight - all their sad songs & im doing a lot of crying. Evokes such emotions and melancholy. Thx for your reactions!
Amazing beautiful song. What a band . They don’t make music like this these days
Since you're really diggin' the Zeppelin, I would suggest "Ten Years Gone". That's a really good one that often gets overlooked.
One of the best songs ever written
the Mighty LED ZEPPELIN - there will never ever be another
NEVER!
I have heard this song was written for Karac. Robert's song to his son's memory . Losing a 5 year old child and the "seasons"... his birth, young life, and sudden passing. All the emotions....
No the song All Of My Love was written as a tribute to his son, & it’s a beautiful song too.
This song wasn’t written by Plant, music & lyrics were written by Page, also came out several years before Plants son passed away.
I love ❤️ this song ❤
I Love Your Beautiful Pure Reaction To This Beautiful Song. Yes Jimmy Page. Led Zep
Zeppelin rules.
Hey, great reaction! Jimmy is an extremely talented guitarist. Most great rock guitarists are known for playing an excellent electric guitar, but with a very few exceptions will put out rock songs with guitar tracks that have a a more acoustic feel, and still sound amazing. He plays that double neck guitar, because one is a 12 string, which gives it an almost acoustic sound, and the other is the standard 6 string. And he plays both brilliantly on this song. There is very little this guy can’t do on the guitar, which is why he’s considered one of the greatest guitarists of all rock history, and my all time favorite. The rest of the band is amazing as well, each are considered in the top 5 in their instrument. They’re like an all star rock band.
I always cry with good music too! Love Jimmy!✌️😊
This performance is the bar to me. It’s just absolutely unbelievable!
And whoever requested this is absolutely god damn right. This isn't just better than the studio its my favorite fuckin song of all time. Has been since I was 10 years old I was on a trip with my mom and I kept requesting this song over and over and over again.
As a rule you should always do the studio version first. This is the way it was intended. This way you know what you're listening to when you hear it live and you can appreciate the differences in the live version. People who request the live version are usually very familiar with the song their requesting which in some cases is.better than studio but you don't know that if u never heard the studio version.
The greatest performance of all time.
Absolutely, Miss.
So right! Beautiful and powerful.
Bre, you have the greatest guitarist ever. The best drummer ever. The best percussionist ever and then you have Robert Plant.
this is a descent lady in her God given senses .
This clip is taken from the concert movie 'The Song Remains the Same' which was also released as an album. Though I had other LZ records I listened to this as much or more than those others. This is the best version. I'm actually watching the DVD now...
Thank you.
This is from the concert movie The Song Remains the Same. The Song Remains the Same transitions right into The Rain Song. So if you get a chance, listen to those two songs from this movie together, it's heaven.
The clips are Roberts fantasy sequence. They each have one in the movie.
i love this. it's my favorite Zeppelin song and i wish i could hear it for the first time again.
Bre, you're my favorite person to watch Led Zep reactions to.. you just GET IT my friend and it's amazing how you're getting more 'in tune' with how talented these 4 people were.. Hope you and your family are doing well!!
All 4 members are musical geniuses.
Superb reaction. Led Zeppelin moves people.
Yes....Jimmy Page is such an Amazing musician. ...and Robert Plant. ...one of the best vocalists ever...not to mention the late great John Bonham...on drums...and John Paul Jones...on bass guitar and keyboards. ...just an Incredible band...one of the best.
Yes they are!
I agree, people should respect others requests. After all the music is supposed to bring people together, not tear people apart.
Listen to Zeppelin at Earl's Court & the album Presence to name a few
For another piece of "nostalgia" Lzep's beautuful "Going'to California" 😪👌🥰🙏
Trust me Jimmy gets respect from everybody because Led Zeppelin is his baby! He created the band , chose the members and wrote most of the songs with Plant and produced every single album by the band , he is the brains and the genius of the band! And as a unit they are just the GOATs!
that is a 1 song clip form their movie "The song Remains the Same". You should see the whole thing some day... honestly it is worth the watch.
"Did his Thing." Yes.
Their first album came out in 1969, the year I graduated High School. I was immediately hooked. Zeppelin are top shelf!!!
I really appreciate your truest reaction ✌️
Check out. All of my love by Led Zeppelin. It’s about Robert Plant’s son who passed at a young age. Beautiful and sad song
Page is the man!!✌️
It's so great to hear and see you recognize that Led Zeppelin do not fail to bring it each and everytime. Well done.
This is always been my favorite Led Zeppelin song this live version I've already made arrangements for this to be played at my funeral, this song is so beautiful to me it's a journey through the different stages of love
...a most fitting reaction. Musically speaking, the guitar work on this song is absolutely incredible. A true masterpiece. Bless your soul, I found myself tearing up watching you. ♥️
This has to be the best reaction to LZ I have heard! You are now and forever will be a Zeppelin listener. They get so much better with age. Welcome to this special place!
One of the most beautiful songs. This particular performance, the tender guitar playing, so sweet and so gentle and personal. Page's writing and playing is amazing and this song is the one that made me realize it.
Truly, one of Led Zeppelin's epic songs.
Thank You for a lovely presentation . The Rain Song is my favourite Led Zep song. Been with them since '68
the magic mushroom/rain song! Excellent!!
This is from the Led Zeppelin movie. May I suggest Jimmy Page and Robert Plant live. This was after the death of John Bonham. This song will make you cry,
Hi Bre, I’ve never this version, it’s excellent! Thx for your reaction.
Girlfriend I get so emotional when I hear this song. It is one of my favorites but sometimes I can't even listen to it because it just brings up so many emotions. Great reactions. Bless you❤
Stunningly beautiful music!!
Watch it again and watch how often Jimmy has his eyes shut
I appreciate you appreciating them so much even dien to the sweat Page puts in on his guitar thank you miss!
Makes me cry, everytime.
My favorite group since 6th grade. And I'm 56 years old. I love seeing youngsters being introduced to greatness from the past. Love your reaction!
Led Zeppelin are fantastic. I saw them live in Toronto in I believe 1972 at Maple Leaf Gardens. They were unbelievable.👍👍
Hi Bre..... sorry I've been MIA. I've not been feeling well and my bed yells to me louder than my computer does during the day. lol I've never seen this live version before. It is quite beautiful. Thanks for your reaction..... Hoping you and Mr. O are doing well. Hugs to you both. Take care. Peace.
One of my absolute favorite songs ever
George Harrison, of the Beatles, commented that the problem with Led Zeppelin was that they don't do any ballads, Jimmy Page got wind of that and composed this song.
Miss Gorgeous, my 17 year old son it's a huge Zeppelin fan he can play the song start to finish on acoustic perfectly. Brings me to tears every time I hear it. I am so surprised at millennials that take to Led Zeppelin and their contribution to music. My son has been playing guitar for about 7 years self-taught on CZcams. Thank you for your contribution
Love ya Bre.
Hey Bree The Rain Song is such a beautiful song one of Led Zeppelin’s best over looked songs. George Harrison of the Beatles told one of them that they didn’t have any ballads and Zep wrote this
This is a very emotional song. Thanks for reacting to it!
Beautiful reaction
Beautiful Song always loved this one !! Just remember they were only kids here 24 to 27 yrs old think about that one for a minute !!!
Cats in the cradle by Harry Chapin is probably the biggest tear jerker song out there.
great job, thank you
Sick! Beautifully played. Nice one Bre from the UK.
Thank you
Ótima reação!
You are so awesome..I love how you appreciate great lyrics and music
Awesome thank you
You are experiencing what all Zep fans have....for me 50yrs ago but I shed a few tears listening to YOU give the honors to these ROCK GODS thank you Bre💖
