I absolutely loved your commentary. While I grew up with Led Zeppelin as a teenager in the 70's, I am probably a bigger fan now than I ever was then. I always have felt that the only difference between me and my generation and current generations of potential fans is that there isn't an easy opportunity to hear Led Zeppelin today. It gives me hope to believe that Zeppelin's music can continue forever thanks to you and others experiencing the music and sharing it with a new audience. Thank you!
absolutely, I really like that this younger generation have the possibility to rediscover the classics with you tube. And that they could pass it down to the next generation, so these bands will never be forgotten.

Once again Jimmy Page showcasing why he is one of the Greatest guitarist to walk this earth.
And John Bonham drumming is a everlasting gift.
I really think when you put it all together Jimmy is the BEST guitarist ever. His look, swag, body language , different styles, played the guitar with feeling, his tunnings, the bow, using the theremin! Plus he only started the greatest rock band ever, played the acoustic guitar masterfully, wrote great songs, engineered (microphone placements), has the best riffs ever, plays the best live solos ever, was ahead of his time, a wizard who has influenced other great guitar players........... and the #1 reason he played sloppy (at times) was he was F'd up, partied all night barely sleeping then playing the next night still drunk from the night before, like a rock star.
@@verginithe yeah, I've read that, before Bonham's death was confirmed, alot of people automatically assumed it was Jimmy. His "issues" had gotten that bad. It's kinda amazing he's still living & thriving for his age
THIS! I mean, just all of it; his artistic sensibility, creativity, etc...and he was only in his 20's. he changed the way bands, musicians were paid, they never released just a single. His ZOSO and band symbols, his incredible dragon and poppy suits, guitar slung down low...his beautiful style and emotion when playing, him dancing all over the stage, then slow dancing alone in the dark, eyes closed with his guitar, the partnership and incredible dynamic with robert (light and shade)..and his other equally talented bandmates and friends. He was everything! No other guitarist had his magnificent visions.

JPJ he was like the glue that held everything together. This movie is still the greatest Rock concert movies ever made.it still brings tears to my eye. You want to see Jimmy st his best you need to react to,"Dazed and Confused" from this same show. 1973 MSG live. It will blow you away. That performance is the best live performance ever filmed by any band. The GreatestBand to ever grace the stage. They were then ,the are today ,and will forever be tomorrow. If i ever had a time machine i would go to see Zep at Madison Square Garden July 1973 when this was filmed.Saw them at Knebworth in the UK in 79 though,i was 12 :)

I have seen them abourt 5 times during my going to concerts for a number of years. Also the very first time they came to Houston, Texas in my early teens years.
These two songs start off the 1973, "Houses Of The Holy", album. What a fantastic way to start an incredible album. The video footage was from the film that you need to watch in its entirety. "The Rain Song", is the most beautiful song in the Led Zeppelin catalog. Anyone who disagrees, we will fight. 💥

This series of concerts from a 3 night stand at Madison Square Garden in 1973 was turned into the movie "The Song Remains the Same". It's a wild ride with parts of the live shows intertwined with footage of the band and fantasy scenes throughout. Great movie, if you have the time check it out Elok.

I'm sure you all have seen it by now, but check out their last concert from 2007 at the O2 in London. It was also amazing, although It looked like Jimmy struggled a bit after someone pranked him and put heavy strings on his guitar LOL.

Getting the Led out awesome, there were only two guitarists that I consider top-notch on a 12 string electric double-neck guitar Jimmy Page and Rick Emmet
You can probably add Don Felder of the Eagles, and Alex Lifeson of Rush to your list. But of course, Jimmy Page is probably the most recognised guitarist of all time associated with the doubleneck guitar.

Came home after a long night at work, had a couple "sodas" and absolutely LOVED THIS REACTION!!!!
One of the greatest rock bands of all time. Its great to see younger generations getting to enjoy there music still to this day.
Jimmy Page is definitely one of very few of my influences to play doubleneck guitar and experiment with exotic tunings. There will never be this kind of magic ever again in this lifetime.

Love Led Zep and I much enjoyed watching it with you. They are so good live. It is a high point for me to have saw them in '75 & '77 and it's beyond belief now that bootlegs of both concerts are now on CZcams. Not great sound but I never dreamed I'd hear that again outside my own head.
Did I mention AC⚡️DC already? You have to do them sometime. You will love them! Everyone does! It’s impossible not too. Very cool band. They are like something you always keep stocked in your kitchen. They are a necessary ingredient that’s always on hand.

Great choice and reaction Elok! I love the Rain song, it is like a gentle rain pit patting on your window, and when the thunder hits, it makes it that much more powerful, until easing back to a gentle rain.
In high school it was so great to go up to my friends house above Honolulu for parties and put this on 😄
Everyone would sing “Honolulu city lights……. the song remains the saaaaaaaaaaaaame”.
