- These are the best easy chewy chocolate chip cookies
2 C flour
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 T vanilla
1/2 C white sugar
1 C brown sugar
3/4 C or 1 and 1/2 stick unsalted butter
1 egg and 1 egg yolk
2 C or 1 bag semi sweet chocolate chips

This is the exact recipe I use! 😊 The melted butter, 2:1 ratio brown to white sugar, extra egg yolk, large sized scoop and 325° oven make all the difference. There are tons of chocolate chip cookie recipes online. This has to be up there with the best!

Love CCC! Going to try these plant-based as I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the estrogen and BLV in dairy and the lead and choline in eggs. Thanks for sharing
Oh I love CCC too, I have another one coming soon. I wouldn’t know where to start to make them plant based, that is amazing that you can do that and that it helps with avoiding cancer.
You can use egg beaters in a carton its cholesterol free i use it in most of my desserts. How ever some desserts are no bake fully raw vegan. There is another recipe with oatmeal peanut butter myple syrup and you melt chockolate on the in a pan on the stove. Thin you stir the oatmeal peanut butter and myple syrup together and make them into chocolate peanut butter oatmeal bars. And refrigerate them 2 hours and cut them into bars i found it in another video.😋💕
