if your over weight try to loose that ... it can improve your breathlessness when walking i found... walking is the best exercise for your lungs just do what you can no more.. god bless you all, suffering this terrible disease.
Just ordered the breather - LOVE you guys! Thanks for all you do. God bless you!
I heard from another health expert awhile back saying the same exact thing to increase fruits and vegetables and change diet to help with lung function. This is definitely a must do! 😎👍
That mini elliptical looks cool! Another great video. That breather is way cheaper than continous meds and hospital bills.
Breather on order and a second one for a family member. Thanks Bob and Brad.
Thanks guys enjoy your videos
Good one , thanks for the reminders... Ill dont forget mold and dust mites... smells even cooking .

Would this also work for pulmonary fibrosis?
hi i have chronic broncitis im 27 what age would i die if i carried on smoking ??
Heart lungs ? Issues I been told my heart is too big holding water symptoms sounds like lung issues echo. ? Is there a lot of gas bloating bumping pushing causing tightness in the chest? Thankyou bless
Ty❤
Thanks guys...
Number One, you missed. Quit Smoking!
Shala that is true Quit smoking is the first thing to do
I think if after all the press and TV ads and other things we see daily, (including free medical help), if a smoker doesn't KNOW it can be very deadly and harmful to so many organs and health issues, then they are not going to get the message or simply have a death wish.
Exactly. My grandma survived lung cancer twice, and ended up passing from this (she was 59, not sure if that’s young for this). But it’s heartbreaking to see someone go through this. She even quit at 45 but it still caught up. Smoking just isn’t worth it.
I've never smoked tho
@J Carrington everyone can quit. Just depends on how much you want to live
Can you exercise if you had a stroke too?
where can i buy this?
What about interstitial lung disease?
Nasal strips I believe help me a lot. As the "breathing right". They are expensive, there are cheaper alternatives that I buy from China.
Ok I have a question??? Ok10 yrs ago my husband was diagnosed with mild copd. Well five days ago he started out with the sniffles and sneezing which wasn’t to terrible. Then the cough started out of nowhere. Sounds like a cough with bad drainage. So he went to the doctor and ordered him a inhaler. Says it could be his COPD!! I’m so confused because after a week he still has nasal congestion and the cough . Can allergies trigger problems for copd?????
Plus when we went into a bath and body shop all the different smells made him wheeze a little bit! Could this allergies triggering his COPD???
I e had copd since 2012.
Hi guys,
My dad has copd and I am wondering if there is a permanent fix for copd that you would give your stamp of approval? Ty
man i also have COPD pulmonary emphysema and pleural fibrosis plus ankylosing spondylitis are std 3, 4 plus ankylosing spondylira all you see in these ordinaries is to sell their products
Breather does work. There is also a device invented by a reputable pulmonary doctor called delta v
Nice video you guys are funny. Fibromyalgia and c.o.p.d not a happy person and smoke. Lots of work to do.. smoking is a really challenge. Each day a new day. Fibromyalgia is under control. 54 just turned, gosh this body of mine stressed for ten years now.. but the improvement been marvouls. The improvement been amazing. Now c.o.p.d gets me down. I do it.
I have COPD and and I have histoplasmoma
I would like to buy one, where can I get one?
You should be able link with it if you go below the video and click on SHOW MORE. There should be the link there.
When I cough, I hear a lot of congestion. I do not have shortness of breath. I do about 1600 steps, four days a week; sometime five. I do eat fruit and vegetables. I also drink ACV, Lemon juice and Turmeric in boiled water.
Nothing completely shifts the mucous, which changes colour from yellow to grey. I do not eat processed food.
So my question is why won’t it go away?
if it's chronic bronchitis, it will be with you forever. You have to maintain a healthy lifestyle to keep it at minimal. I've been coughing for 9 month since march 2020 and i believe i developed chronic bronchitis I'm only 35
@@Junwei6929 Me to.....
I so hydrogen peroxide in a nebulizer and clears it right out 💪✅
@SUNNY STIVER wow. I just googled this and I got pages of results saying this is dangerous. You really should remove this comment. Someone may harm themselves trying this.
Agreed, do not inhale
nice video. I hope you can find a fix for a broken heart soon, its one of the most common porblems in the world. also a fix for a broken wallet would help too XD
Sending Jesus everlasting love to you!
Yes! The heart and the wallet, the most common broken things in life
There are $25 seated pedal exercisers
hi im 27 and have this should i stop smoking because i dont want to die at a young age ???
Quit smoking right away dude , your lungs will only heal then
@@vishalgr7034 its really hard for me i suffer from chronic pain and cannabis helps it
Your baseline would be your increased level of activity changes
If you have copd and have been to a specialist, they give you a breath exerciser for free
The Two Ronnie's of medicine.
Just wanted to mention that the harmonica has been proven to improve COPD too.
Playing any wind instrument or singing does due to the breath training you learn and constantly practice
@@Saphire1993 You are only half correct. The harmonica has been used extensively with COPD because of one thing it can do that nearly all other wind instruments can't. INHALE NOTES. Majority of notes played on the mouth harp are inhaled not just exhaled. This offers a lot more when it comes to breathing therapy.
@@Saphire1993 I sincerely hope that this helps someone out there. www.harmonica.com/breath-easy-56795.html
@@harmonicazhin I've actually read those before, I just kept my comment simple this time instead of doing my usual word dumps 🤣🤣
@@Saphire1993 take it easy. It's not a competition to do some good karma around and help people. You may know but it's still notable and helpful for those suffering with COPD to know their options.
Guys just get a nebulizer a few anti inflammatory pills and a temporary inhaler
Exercise lungs, exercise body, eat right. Got it! ✅✅✅ps I’m not allowed
To facebook. Put me in on a drawing!!!!
This is more like topshop comersial then help
PR and Jellybeans
Is blowing up balloons similar to the device?
No, only would be for exhalation and doesn't target things like the Breather does. It specifically says do NOT allow your cheeks to go out! Most people's cheeks go out when blowing up a balloon. :)
I heard grapes help with COPD.
I've heard that grapes help with 100 different things. :) They will NOT help build up lung strength, however.
@@dennistesdell3243 I think they were talking more about the vitamins in them, especially vitamin c.
I have also heard that peanut butter helps with it too. But I’ve never really researched into that.
@@VeiledDancer LOL Assuming it gave SOME relief (the COPD is not going to reverse) I bet it is perhaps an oil or vitamin is in it that helps maybe, and you'd have to eat it by the jar, versus taking whatever supplement (s) are in peanut butter (maybe) that might (maybe) help COPD. Your mouth would be so gunked up all the time you'd have a new problem to deal with -- talking. :) I am pretty sure as long as COPD has been around and as prevalent as it is, scientists and researchers have checked about every "home remedy" out there to see if they have merit.
@@VeiledDancer ya? Hum.
this is sad, everything is a buy item they talk about. If they actually cared they show you breathing exercises, like purse lip exercise is inhaling and exhaling . They also tell you the foods and not buy a book Plus they wouldnt be allowing comments from the idiots saying herbs work. It all about the money
You are talking too much or blabbering and not reaching any conclusion of what you are trying to say! You did not answer if magnesium can help COPD!!!
irritating interuptions better one guy does the talking and dont digress
Right! Because everyone can just drop $35.00 + for a little COPD manual breather!! I love how you guys say that its inexpensive... Guess what? Not all of us have doctor sized paychecks....sheesh.
No need to be angry about this. There are options. There are exercises you can do that you do with a STRAW. I assume you can afford straws. Google in CZcams "breathing exercises" and I am sure you will find them. I have done exercises with a straw also. Videos will explain what to do and they will help you just as a $35-45. device will also.
@@dennistesdell3243 Gee why didnt I think of that - Captain Obvious !!
@@Sketchrcat Well, I did not know that various diameter straws could be used for lung/breathing exercises until my voice pathologist showed it to me with some exercises. I live on a VERY limited budget, so it was nice for me to have something cheaper also.
@Exlaxchronicles I am perfectly happy w/ life...and I dont have copd either... I was on the channel for a friend of mine. You shouldn't assume things about someone you know nothing about !! I wasn't being negative...I was making a point...learn the difference before commenting.
@Exlaxchronicles DONT LECTURE ME ! Freak'n Troll..! Shut up - nobody cares about your 2 cents. And nobody, esp me, asked you to comment at me. So just go away Troll - get a life..!!
