@ellaphx if a creator consistently posts multiple part videos just to explain or narrate one experience (in lieu of one long video post), I DNRC because I do not have the attention span, and lack the desire/motivation, to hunt down videos 1-4 because I stumbled across #5, only to realize there are 3 additional videos in total. Nah, just post that particular narrative in a long post, make it concise enough to fit the time frame, or don't address that particular event online. People seriously overcomplicate their own lives for attention from literal virtual strangers.

If not momma keeps the receipt and will return all the 'fun stuff' I got for them. My boys don't like to grocery shop with me...I don't typically go down candy isles with them
I may or may not be known for the “1-2-3-4 get your butt on toward the store” to get my kids to head to the car. They dont really get the choice yet, they have to go with me and the little jingle makes it seem like a fun thing I guess
Gentle parenting should be about being assertive in a way that communicates to the child "I respect your growth, but you're still a small human who is not fully and responsibly capable of making responsible decisions all the time". If left to their own devices, most kids would choose to eat candy and icecream all the time, probably never bath and probably not learn kind and polite social cues. Children still need parents to guide them and help mold them into good people. Love the end one, it's direct, quick, and to the point 👍

My entire parenting life I've had people question and/or criticize me for parenting like this, namely the talking to my mini humans like normal people and not like they are incapable of understanding or making decisions on their own... so thank you for helping me feel validated in my parenting choices and realizing that I'm not the odd one out on this
The "I am leaving, you can come or not. I don't care" is so EFFECTIVE. Even on ADULTS. If you want me to come I don't really care but if you don't that's clearly secret and special and exciting. I hate that it still works but it does
This is one thing I learned a few years back from therapy with my son. Be direct and leave it to that. Don’t go on and on it just gives them more to get distracted by. Great videos I love them!
