I have had both of them. Starting with 9300 and getting 9400 few months later. Ended up with selling 9300 to get another Rangeman, for my wife.
9300 is great, but 9400 is absolutely brilliant!

To me these are the two G-Shock classics and I own both. I've done videos on my channel which covers how I compare them personally but either way you can't go wrong. Amazing watches with my two favorite functions: Tough Solar and Compass. Cheers!

@@unknownone8479 the alarm is not an issue for me. I did a set of videos on my channel of different alarms, maybe check them out. I must say the G-9300 has been on my wrist two weeks straight whilst I've been on holiday. I adore that watch

I´m not so sure about the Rangeman mud resistance. It was first advertised as such, but it doesn´t have an internal structure like a Mudman, GX 56, the Mudmasters or the GPR B1000. Only the sensor button as a cylinder and gaskets. That´s why Casio removed that specification and not to promote the Mudmaster like many like to think. It doesn´t mean that it can´t resist mud, every G-Shock will in a way, but the structure wasn´t made for that.

I wonder why you put the writings on and don't give the time to read them
