This would be a great sized home to share with aging parents! Grandparents could have the downstairs master. Oldest teen could have smaller bedroom with bathroom downstairs. Parents and other children could use the bedrooms upstairs!

Are there two a/c units inside the lanai just outside the master bedroom? Seems like that would be very noisy if you are outside or trying to sleep.

@@tommyearllambert8051 most builders charge about $500 to relocate them and yes, they would still be outside the master bedroom. This community doesn't have many lots currently available, but they will be releasing more lots in the next phase. Send me an email with what you are looking for and I'll see what's available. Hi Josh, 602 would be the base price right without the pool and to get those upgrade in this house you toured would be about 50k more probably? Also do you know what the HOA and CDD would be? thanks Josh!
That is the base price. Pools from the builder are currently not an option. You would also have the lot premium and that varies from roughly $55-65k. The HOA fee is currently $602/quarter and the CDD for this model is currently $1768/year. Thanks for watching and commenting. Let me know if I can ever help.
Wait wait, hold up. Did someone design a garage door with planters in front of the door? Did one garage door face the entryway side walk and the other facing the front lawn. I get that the first house was a show house but why didn't they make it more true to form?
These are all model homes and once they decide to sell them, the driveways will be poured. Have you not ever seen split garages before?
