Thanks Jim. I wish it was, but the base price is just the bare-bones with very minimal upgrades. The base price also won't include the lot premium of where the home will be located within the community.

@@burgessteam thank you Sir. Do you have a rough idea of what the pool/ patio area would cost any chance?

@@jtngray1 YW. $50-$60k depending on if you add the kitchen too is my guess. I do know the extended lanai cover is included with the Bonaire floor plan, so what you see in terms of patio coverage comes as standard with the home.

Cabinet looks very cheap and not enough Cabinet fin the kitchen
